Just a Thought.......

We were just thinking about how much fun we had meeting everyone at the Dis meet on Sat and realized that
Disney brings people from all around together and despite the fact that we don't always agree , we can meet and have a good time and forget the cares of the world. If only for a short time.

So very true, Steve, so very true. The DIS, and Disney, have enabled me to broaden my friendships immensely, along with much knowledge, and so much more than just Disney stuff.

I hestitate to congratulate you on your post count, Steve, as that is a sure fire way to awaken the movers here. It was great meeting both you and Colleen on Saturday. Did your son's team win??

unfortunately they lost. they have some very good players but the coaches are not as good as he had in HS. But they keep trying.

That's so true Steve. Life is too short to let little things like disagreements get the better of us. We can try to set disagreements aside for a little while, life is too short not to.

Steve, I couldn't agree more with what you said! I think this place is full of some absolutely wonderful people and they alone make it worth the travel to meet up with and share some time with.

Well Congrats on reaching 1000 posts Steve.....................I haven't long ago reached mine............

You guys are lucky to be able to get the chance to meet up with each other.............

Unfortunately for me I am half a world away, so not much chance of the same happening here..........

Oh well, I did meet Kama & family a few weeks ago, when we went to Disneyland & then met Aksnopea when we went up to Alaska. That's probabably about all I'll ever get the chance to meet too, but at least I still have the boards & have made some good friends on here.

Good goin' you guys who have get togethers...........it's good to read about who you met etc...........
