If I've had a problem with a resort, I do try & address it while I'm there. I also follow it up with an email to WDW CRO. This time after our trip to POP I emailed WDW CRO & got a great phone call from one of their reps, we discussed the issue and everything got resolved. To me that's great on Disney's part - that they listen to the issues and follow up with either emails or phone calls. We're just trying a different Value resort next trip so that we can do more comparisons for trips in the future. I do enjoy reading everyone's reviews good or bad. Sometimes I agree with them after a visit, sometimes I don't but they're still worth reading. JMHO..........
