Ok... so I'm looking to go to DLP for my birthday at the beginning of May, but being as I am a student, and my friends that are coming with me are too, we'd like to get it the cheapest we can! Does anyone know whether there a certain time when all the cheaper deals come out... and is there a specific website we should look on? Or is it just a case of keep monitoring different sites and see how cheap we can get it.

Oh I almost forgot, we'd like to stay in the Santa Fe hotel!

Thankyou in advance :) :goodvibes

Hey lovely! :wave2:

It depends really- How long do you want to go for, and what method of travel do you prefer? Oh, and where you travelling from? Are you going from home or from Newcastle?

How long are you planning to go for? Im a student nurse so I know what its like to have limited funds.

I booked my 3 night package deal direct with the eurostar website, so got my eurostar and hotel for £280. But I dont know how you plan to travel. I would take a look on there if you want to go via eurostar, or if you dont want a package i.e a flight and then book a hotel try expedia I find thats fairly sheap for hotels. They also do packages directly on the disneyland Paris website, but I found that really expensive for the dates I wanted.

If your going in May avoid half term because it will probably be expensive then.

Im fairly new here so someone else will probably help more. :)

Heyy Bob!!

haha I knew I missed some fundamental information out, I only just remembered about the hotel!!.... I think we're planning on getting the eurostar from St Pancras as it's the most central to where we all are, (We're at uni's in Newcastle, Bristol, Kent) and as for the timing I'm thinking the 8th May (fri) to the 11th (mon) :) hope that helps!!

EDIT: only just seen your post torres fan... thanks for your input, I'm checking the eurostar website now :)

I'd advise booking the Eurostar direct with them and then your park tickets and hotel directly with Disney.

That seems to be the best way of maximising the savings.

The one thing I will say is that the prices over a weekend (Like you're planning) will be a lot more than through the week, and the park will be a lot buisier....

thankyou Cap'njack... I'll have a price up tonight

I don't have much of a choice unfortunately Bob, we can't afford to take the week off lectures and as I wanted to be there for my actual birthday, which is the saturday. I was hoping that seeing as it was before the summer break and half term it might be a little quieter!!

It might be a bit quieter yes, but there'll probs be quite a few day trippers from the local area... My best advice then is to get there early, make the most of any sort of Extra Magic Hours there are going, reserve any restaurants you want to go to in advance, and just have a fantastic birthday!!!
