Just a heads up for March

Just found out there are two cheerleading competitions in Disney March 16-21st!! One is spirit cheer (at teh Swan and Dolphin resort) and one is Americheer (at the wide world of sports complex)!! Its also the weekend starting spring break for palm beach county schools!! So that is a major heads up for you!!! We will be at the spirit cheer one. Our kids better be the ones everyone says "why what nice polite young ladies!!!" Or the coach will let them have it!!!!!

Thanks for the heads up. We will be arriving on the 17th through the 19th, and then getting on the Wonder on the 20th. I was expecting a lot of people. We will just have to be patient. Good luck with your cheer competition!!

There is also a big UCA Cheerleading National Championship March 11-15th at Wide World of Sports and MGM (Indiana Jones Stage).

March seems to be cheerleading month at WDW.

it is really a fun sport to watch it is really amazing what these kids can do!!

There were several groups there this past weekend. They were very polite and funny -- they screamed on EVERY ride! Ahhhhhhh, high school girls, I hope I wasn't THAT silly way back when.

Wow, that will be interesting. I don't know whether to laugh or cry. Really, I don't mind cheerleaders, but...we'll be there for our Spring Break I just hope my DD doesn't get her interest peaked again watching the cheerleaders and want to sign up for it when we get back home. They've already been nagging her over here to join, and I don't think I can handle one more activity

But I do understand being sooooo busy!! I swere I dont have much free time at all and niether does she!! Have a great trip
