Shannon, the thing is, it wasn't free, I was paying for, and not getting it! And actually I didn't swear at him, but I was not nice and I'm not really proud of that. I know I shouldn't have "shot the messenger".

I bet you could negotiate free dsl for me though. I hate it when I have to call places like that and be not nice. I try to be very patient with them. When I had computer problems last month and my computer couldn't recognize my modem, I used up all the patience I had. I called HP and the lady told me "I'll give you the website you can use to find out what brand modem you have and you'll find directions there, also." I wasn't nice when I explained to her it's impossible for me to access the website without my modem working.
