Just a Dream Away- The Imagineering Thread*Are you curious, imaginative, dedicated?

Maybe they could move the HSM3 show into a building. Like where Sounds Dangerous is now. Then they could expand the show a bit.

And it wouldn't sound-pollute the studios so much.

I was in the Bamboo Room at the Hollywood Brown Derby and I could still hear it pounding through the walls. I just rolled my eyes with the Imagineer whenever it started up

::yes:: It's deafening.

Yep, they do.

I think the Wildernes Lodge, Animal Kingdom Lodge, and Grand Californian were all designed by a certain architect, though.

I like those hotels.

I went to check out a Kingdom Keepers website someone made recently. In the forums, someone put under coming attractions in WDW "toontown". I went to see what it said. They said they were taking out Toontown to expand Tomorrowland... Now to sign up and correct them.

People really are uninformed about this whole Expansion.

It's really easy to find reliable information if they take the chance to look for it. Disney has (somewhat) explicitly detailed what they're going to do, but there is a huge amount of mystery and curiosity, too.

He replied back saying he knew it was Fantasyland and he had Tomorrowland on the mind...

Might have a few unseen things. Pretty sure it shows a few quick scenes from the World of Colour testing, bunch of concept art already seen, a mini animation of the Silly Symphony Swings, short clip from Carsland, and other stuff.

What's up with the Mickey wheel? Those carts look like they're gonna snap off O_o

Yeah the Mickey Wheel/Sun Wheel has always had the swinging Gondolas.. hence the nickname Mickey's Fun Wheel of Death. :p

They're pretty freaky, so I've heard. (there's barf bags in the cabins)

A little OT- I like the guy in the video.. he's like Stacey but less annoying (though I hear Stacey's less fun nowadays on the TV anyways)

woah woah woah WOAH woah.

1:40 in the vid- Hellfire segment?!!? I'd be thrilled! (that's Esmerelda dancing in the fire as Frollo sings)

I think I would ride it just to experience what it's like to fear for your life.

I did on Test Track once. The ride kept acting up, so I thought the doors wouldn't open when going outside and we'd crash. Now i've read an unconfirmed fact that the doors are made of a thin metal on hinges so the doors come off if the cars hit them. It said it was for when they were testing the ride before opening and not all the sensors would work. Supposedly, they have a spare pair of doors close by in case it happens.

Note it's all from an unconfirmed source, but I wouldn't be surprised if it was true.

That sounds pretty right to me, Disney is usually pretty good with their safety. (with the exception of the Monorail crash, the DL BTMRR death, and the California Screamin' crash.

meh I'm getting angry on a board in TPAS over the Yeti...

I'm pretty passionate over the fact that the Yeti being broken is extremely poor show.
