I read today that Hogwarts castle only looks huge when you're in Hogwarts. People are saying that the castle looks really small from the Jurrasic Park area. Check this out too:

Pretty big theme intrusion if you can see a castle from an area themed around a dinosaur movie i've never seen so I can't put a description of what you should actually be seeing.

Other note, it seems that Universal have painted the show building a sky blue as a way of disguising it...

That picture bums me out. I like Islands of Adventure... it's pretty decently themed (though suffers many flaws).

The Jurassic Park area should have been used for more Harry Potter if they were going to do that.

So Ariel has been relocated to Adventureland? Interesting. Shopping date with Jasmine, perhaps? :teeth:

Yep, Ariel's temporarily M+G'ing in Adventureland (the Veranda, I think) with Eric :]

CAn't wait for the FL expansion even more :p

I'll be seeing ToonTown for the last time this summer. I hope the Fairies will still be there. I'd like to meet Tink on my birthday.

I hope it's open when I go next too. I want pictures. The last time I went, it was the first time I ever saw the water working at Donald's boat.

I don't think I've ever seen the water running at Donald's Boat. The past 3 trips, we've gone in December (when DB and Ariel's Grotto are down or have the water off), or when we went last summer, it was raining.

Same. I went in August this time so the water was running. The water sprays onto the exit for Barnstormer at some point, so I just waited there until I got soaked.

It was weird. We went on Splash Mountain first thing, and got wet. I don't think my shorts ever fully dried that day.

Yet, we went on Kali River Rapids and didn't get in the least bit wet.

I went on Kali Rivers Rapids in December and ended up at the back of the raft when going down the drop... Yeah...
