Ditto! A big thank you from my family as well. We have enjoyed renting points several times and we have had such great experiences.

We are trying out AKV this January on points, and plan to check out the other resorts during that trip....hope to buy resale in the next year if all goes well- and if not, I am completely content renting for the next few years

I know that we as renters have to trust you DVC members to follow through on the reservation, etc (my DVC renter taught me how to RELAX and be patient) BUT sometimes we take for granted that you also have to trust us to follow through with payments, and respecting your name is attached to the room too!
