Per Spirit and a few others at WDWMagic.com - Jungle Cruise is just getting a face lift per say for the 50th. Not Moana revamp as has been suggested.

There was some scuttle butt trying to tie in this rumor with the rumor of FM in Adventure land as well over at WDWMagic.com. People hear an idea and take it to the next level rather than just reading what it says.

I bet they add the Rock's character to the ride like they did with Jack Sparrow.. Since Rock movies are doing really well..

Yes, I agree. I really hope they don't change the "backside of water".

I don't view classics as "untouchables", but require extra care in changes. Look at the Haunted Mansion, it's refresh several years ago was handled pretty well; providing a more up to date experience that stayed true to the classic. If they handle it well I see nothing wrong with this.
