June Trip...Bounceback for December?

We'll be visiting in June...just wondering how bounceback works and if anyone knows if I stay in June if there might be a Bounceback offer to return December 16 for 5 nights. Historically speaking, maybe someone can shed some light on if this has been offered in the past and what the discount was.

I booked a bounceback in March for December, and there were a lot of blackout dates. I was able to book the 11th through the 16th, and I think the 17th was available. I don't recall anything after the 17th, but I could be mistaken.

I doubt if the bounceback dates will change - that typically hasn't happened in the past. So if they aren't offering your dates now, they probably won't later.

That doesn't mean that they couldn't come out with some other discount that would cover them though. I'm still hoping I can pick up the 6th through the 11th, since my vacation dates are 12/6-12/16.

Also keep in mind that if there is no BB offer when you go in June, last year there were other good deals that came out for December - maybe they will have similar this year too

You might also want to be prepared to change your dates and resort. When the GP code came out last Jan for alot of 2011 dates, I booked POFQ for Sept 24th-Oct 2nd. When we were at WDW last week I decided to switch to the bounceback deal. I booked two trips (Sept 10th-Sept 18th and Nov 27th-Dec 4th). I was unable to get my original Sept/Oct dates at either POFQ or CSR nor were we able to get the week before or after at either of those resorts, even though all of those dates fall within the bounceback dates. We had to move the trip back two weeks. We were also unable to get either resort for my preferred first or second week of Dec that I go every year. We had to move that trip back to Nov 27th-Dec 4th. I also need Sat Nov 26th, but that date didn't fall under the bounceback deal, so I'm going to have to add it when/if the AP discounts come out. It seems like not only are the dates more restricted this year, but the resorts with available rooms are alot more limited. It took two phone calls and a really good CM to find dates and a resort that would work for us.

This is the same offer as the pin code I received in January. At the end of April I heard the BB offers were coming to an end on 5/7. I just got back 5/15 and there was no BB offer.

If there is no bounceback card in your room, call x8844 from the room before you check out, give them the dates of travel and they will tell you if
there are bounceback rates for your dates and give them booking code KZ2. I didn't have the code, but we booked a bounceback for early Dec at POP while I was at AKL in April.

My daughter is there now, leaving tomorrow. today in her room she got the above BB offer. fits our dates of 12/11 - 18 so hopefully it will work out. She is going to book tomorrow morning. We are going to try deluxe at the wilderness lodge. hope they have something available, didn't think that would be too big a problem, not sure now.
