june pin event--so close but no cigar

Okay, I am majorly bummed out here. I am finally going to get to WDW after 3+ years and I was so excited to find out that there would be a pin event during my vacation.
Today the event is out and it is the night I fly home. Yes, I will be winging my way home without ever attending a pin event. I am so and a little . Gees, so close and I still don't get to go.

Yes, I am whining and looking for sympathy......
(besides my husband saying good, think of all the money saved)





PS Sorry Robyn, I still won't be getting you great pins!

I am so sorry this isn't working out for you.

So the June event is Saturday night? No chance you could shift your plans, and leave on Sunday morning? Arrive one day later to compensate? Have you checked?

Carol and I will be in WDW that day but the event is just too pricey to attend with all the other things I have going that week. So I will also wimper from the sidelines.

I won't be there either. We should make this into a crying topic.
My son will be getting married two weeks later and I will be there for the 4th of July as usual so a mid June trip is out for me this year. Peggie

Same thing happened to us for a June 1 pin event.
We were already booked to fly out that morning.
