Actually just before the 4th of July is not to bad. We usually go around the 27th of June and stay until the 4th is over. The summer months are bad though, but nothing compared to the 4th of July. If you are only going to the MK, then you will have to wait in lines, but probably not the 90 minute variety. Good luck and have fun.
