For those of you who have gone to WDW during June or July's "regular" season - what have you paid at the resorts? I'm especially interested in BWI & YC/BC, but I'd also like to hear about others (CSR/CR/PR/AKL). Also, what type of discount was your rate? And, do you remember how far in advance you booked it?

Thanks! ;)

We went the end of June, 2002 and stayed at PO/FQ. I think we paid about $104 a night with a discount code. I booked our rooms in about March.

Cali, we had AP rates at the Polynesian the last two Junes...one time GV and one time GVC. Can't find my ressies though. I'll try again tomorrow if you don't get more responses.

CaliforniaDreaming,

I think that after July 4th its value season for the deluxes.

We went on the 14th of july last yr.and paid $227.00 a night with an AP discount at the YC standard room.
We booked way in advance (over 6 months). with DC and then changed over to AP when they came out.

We are doing the same thing this year, only using AAA now and changing over to AP when and IF they come out.

We stayed at Poly last June GV for $190/night with AP discount. Booked about 9 months in advance with AAA and changed when AP came out.

AP rate, Polynesian GV Concierge was $332 and change (tax inclusive). We usually head that way the 3rd week of June.

Our '04 rate is now at $490 (tax inclusive) for the same view/room type. :earseek:

We stayed one night last year standard view at AKL for $129 (tax inclusive) with an AP.

We were at the BWI at the end of May (regular season) and got an anyone-can-use code that brought the room down to about $235+tax a night. The same time period the year before, the code had the rooms at $198+tax and we had been hoping for that amount.

Hi Cali!!

We stayed at the YC this summer and arrived during regular season. We paid $309 including tax for a waterview room at the YC. This was July 3rd. We started the FTP on July 4th for the rest of our stay.

In the past, the value season for the deluxes has always started on July 4th, but for next year, the value season starts July 5th. Anything booked before that and you will pay regular season rates for the entire stay unless you make two reservations.

We initially booked the reservations around November, but changed to the lower rate when the AP rate was released, and the FTP came out in May.:boat:
