:teacher: ;)

I am looking forward to telling them we went to Disney. I didn't tell any of them. After that, it's all downhill!!

Reviewing for finals after a two week break is just not happy!

ee22, for the gardenview tea, the tea is from 2pm > 6pm & is a light lunch. You will not get stuffed. But plan on an hour mininum. They bring out courses at the same time, tea, scones, finger sandwiches, then desert. There is a great menu on deb's site. We have done ala carte, buckingham, or the grand tea. I usually pick the "house" for the tea. I am not into fruit type teas. And in august I highly recommend getting it iced. For the finger sandwiches, you can request to trade too > say you don't like watercress, ask for 2 chicken instead. It is a group of 5 small sandwiches, and they give you the flavors. Don't overlook the onion tart on the sandwich plate. I don't like onions and it is fabulous. Very sweet. Now, with your allergies not sure which of this stuff you can have so check the menu's, before you get your adrs.

mky:cutie:

Thanks mky...I have to stay away from processed stuff so I will take a look. Some give me hives and some give me migraines and that's very bad as I'm sick like with the flu. Not good at WDW.

I nearly killed myself...not really, but man I was SICK Friday night. I made cookies...homemade is good...frosting has almond flavor and I bought real stuff and it had almond oil. NOT GOOD!!! I was a mess. Really not very smart of me...last year I ate them fine.:confused3

Also...I cannot take Ibuprofen anymore...I cut out the aspirin and now my Advil does the same thing.

I stood in line at the pharmacy yesterday for Tylenol cold tabs only to find out that they were GREEN. Here they sell all that stuff through the pharmacy because of meth labs. So...off to another drugstore to get the white pills. It does not work as well as Advil cold and sinus either:rolleyes: and it kept me awake anyway. So, I guess I'll carry tissues!

EE22, You need to be more careful.:thumbsup2 I hope you carry around an epi pen? And a lifetime suppy of bendryl?

mky:cutie:

I don't have one, but I should get one. Those things are beasts!!! I'd have to have one of my students save me.

This fall we started in on students with cell phones and using them in class. One day I fell over the overhead cord...not one of my better moments and I landed on all fours in front of the class. I asked if they would call 911 for me...

"no, we aren't allowed to use cell phones."
:rotfl: I think they would plunge an epi pen in though.

Zytec actually seems to work better. I buy large supplies believe me.

Why do they put color in pills? Really not too bright!!

Hi Guys !!
MKY-I hope your right...that`ll be the only way I get to see Castaway Cay....:goodvibes ....Fly there ;)
Hope your all over the Asthma thing this winter.. and are back to your wonderful self !!

TP2- Your getting Disney Company again !!...WOW I remember you guys did that in `06 when the Princess was born princess: .....Everyone in the family must miss you sooooooooo much...that they want to go with you !!! :cloud9: ;)

EE22- I agree about the Epi-pen ...your allergies might need that when you least expect it

Hope everyone had a good Sunday !! :grouphug:

So I spoke too soon. DD10 woke up today saying she is itchy. I look and sure enough, she has 7 pink spots on her torso.:scared1: :scared1: :scared1: :scared1: :scared1: :scared1: :scared1:

EE22: What a mess. I cannot imagine being so allergic to so many things. Maybe a holistic doctor? I don't know, I am only grabbing for straws but here has to be some way for you to get relief.:sad2:

Tomar: Last time it was my family, this time is is DH's family. They would never stay the entire time. SIL would be a pleasure because she would fit right in with us as far as activity level and speed. Only problem I see with inlaws is that they are early birds and are done early. Dinner MUST be on the table at 5:00pm and bed around 7pm.:scared: We are not too scheduled, especially on vacation. Good thing is that they won't be insulted to go their own way. My parents wanted to spend every second with us. So not sure if it is a blessing or not. Just pray no one else gets any ideas. Terrible when you can't share your news of a trip for fear of company.:rolleyes1

Hope everyone has a great Monday.

TP2: I hope it's not. Call the doc for the meds that make them easier to deal with. Maybe mky knows the name:confused3

We have a late start today I guess due to the ice from Saturday night. I suppose I should get moving though...must leave in an hour. The teens are not up yet:scared1: not sure what 6 am would have been like:confused3

Tomar...I'm saving for the plane!

mky...your trip will be here before we know it.

From reports from my friends at WDW, I sure hope the crowds have gone down from NYE for Candi. Too many on property and I saw a post on here that Soarin was a 280 minute wait.

WE HIT THE 6 MONTH MARK TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
3 months of winter left....

EE22- Yahoooooooo about the 6 month mark !!....we`re right behind you :yay: :yay: :yay::yay: :yay:

Tomar & EE22, Congrat's on the 6 month mark!

TP2, Sounds like chx pox. But only time will tell. Chx pox like to start on torso / hot spots. Under arms, top of thigh, etc.. . They like warmth. The start out as red spots > then develop the wheel in the middle. And continue to change to the ball in the middle till dry out. Not sure of meds to decrease them. Even with the vaccine, you can still get a case, but that is should be milder. As for treatment, the old calamine lotion is still used, you want to keep them from scratching, so as not to infect anything. push fluids, rest, and quarrantine. Some people like to use bendryl type meds, helps with itching, but up to your md. Not sure if it really helps much with the chx pox itching. Good luck and keep watching the spots. The 2 big complications: infection of a scabbed area, or dehydration from them in the throat [internal].

Tomar, I am embarrassed, still coughing. But that is the least of my problems right now. Spent all week, with abdominal pain & back pain > went to md yesterday, Diverticulitis. :rolleyes1 At least nothing ruptured. So home with pain now & on strong antibiotics. Supposed to see md tommorrow or wed & off work, till the meds start working. :rolleyes1 This is no way to start the new year, Been sick since before thanksgiving. Well, things can only get better. :wizard: :upsidedow I was too embarrassed to write about it, >> I am even tired with my recent medical problems. I had not called into work for over 2 years[I didn't call in with foot injury > I could of worked with boot, but they refused for OSHA reasons] and been off more in the last 2 months.:sad2:

Oh well, maybe AP rates will come out and I can make a decision to stay or change our ressies. Something else to think about.:thumbsup2

mky:cutie:

MKY: You are right. She started to blister on one of the spots about 1 hour ago. One had a head on it now. She also doubled her number of spots. Thanks for the advice. I am mostly afraid of others coming down with it now. Doctor said no school for at least one week. That also means no work for me.:sad2: I have already been off for 2 weeks so I am feeling your pain. I am hoping that it stays mild. She is not complaining. She is just reading in bed and is very happy with that.

Sorry you are sick. We have a friend that got that too and his became infected so badly he needed surgery. It was not good. Don't mess around with that it. Our friend learned the hard way. Not a good experience at all. Please feel better, you need to be in good shape by March!

EE22: Found out about the medicine. It is only in cases where they are afraid of complications so she does not qualify. She is not really sick, just has the spots which are turning to blisters.

Tomar: They would be fine sitting by the pool and shopping. I don't even know if my inlaws would go to the parks at this point. Like I said, it MAY work out if they came, I am just shell shocked from the trips with my family.:scared1:

:wizard: You guys are too sweet.

TP2, Thank You, Your right almost wound up in hospital yesterday. My 1st attack. Didn't know what was going on. Some nurse. :confused3 I can never take care of myself for some reason. Sorry, about the chx pox. She will do fine. Keep her busy, so she doesn't scratch. Remember: NO ASPRIN!!! [reyes syndrome complications] Fluids, & rest!:thumbsup2

Tomar, Thank You, Your right about the diet. I knew I had the diverticuli, just 1st time, it became a problem.:scared1:

Candi, should be having a better time, than us.:rotfl: ;)

mky:cutie:

MKY: I think you are right about Candi!:rotfl:

Tomar: My biggest fear is that once DD10 is done, DD8 will get it, then DD4. I will lose my mind. Thank god she is not sick, only has spots.:wizard: Just have to keep my eyes open for new spots but so far it is a mild case.

Try to enjoy your evening ladies.

dennisnlisab96::welcome: Our trips overlap. We are arriving on the 10th of August and staying until the 24th or 25th. We are staying at ASMu FS. Have a great trip and have fun planning. We all sure do!:yay:

Wow, I missed a lot today!
mky...I hope you are feeling better soon. Don't you really have to watch what you eat with that?

TP2: I'm so sorry. That is not fun at all.

My thoughts and prayers are with you !!

Well...2 down and 1 is sleeping so maybe 3!!!:headache:
