I spent the afternoon reading deb's site and going over menu's listed there. Think I have picked out fav. and might try Citrico's?, or return to O'hana's for dinner. We have not had the "new" menu at O'hana's. These ADR's are hard to figure out. The August hours are not even out.
I was glad to read everyone's suggestions! Thanks, I agree with mouseaddict's DH thou, Just can't get into the spoodles menu. I will go back to China again too. I know the portions changed, and prices went up, but we do like chinese food.
I might even throw caution to the wind and try Canada again. After a disasterous last year attempt. Cannot come up with a nice meal at MK ?? Tony's was terrible last year, not interested in character meals, and don't really want turkey. I think we will wind up eating a lot of burgers?
1 more day, waiting to see if I get bumped off of august vac. Fingers crossed and looking ok at this point. I checked airfare today and its at 203.00 right now. Interesting turn of events with the Vacation req. at work, the week following thanksgiving and the first week in dec. is open I signed up my other 2 weeks. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm, looks like a pre-christmas trip??????????
I checked that airfare too leaving thanksgiving day (after i work) Only 243.00. Last year by august you could not even touch it for less than 700.00. Yikees. Well we where not planning 2, but that might happen, sis is talking about resorts now.
Still not sure about the CR. I have been following the threads and there is alot of construction? and plans. I am leaning toward Poly in dec. if not aug. but sis is standing firm. she has not even ok'd a split.
You guys are so right about disney and planning. I just helped a girl at work with a universal trip. Got her onsite with discount. People just have no idea. She could not believe the price differences and the planning in these trips. Sometimes I feel like we are going to over take a small country with all our work, thought, planning, and then doing it all over again in a year or so over. We must be nuts. I just can't seriously think about going somewhere else. We are not big beach people, haven't been to las vegas since 95'. I might plan someday to go to disney-LAND? When sis talks europe, i tell here i will go to disney -PARIS. Otherwise, i pretty much have been every else (hawaii, cruises, just about all 50 states and some of canada), so i don't feel like we are missing something. Most of the people at work, i would not even tell we are going back, for fear of ridicule.

We're attempting to avoid Pneumonia with his breathing treatments, etc., but he has a history of it..... at about 9:00 last night DH started throwing up & continued all night long (no sleep for either of us!) so he stayed home

During the conversation last night DH said that I am only really nice to him when I want to start planning a trip. Then once he says yes I get all addicted to the internet planning the trip and ignore him. I think there is hope he may cave down the road. Problem is I was hoping to jump on that S/D bandwagon and I bet it will be sold out soon. I keep telling myself all things happen for a reason and maybe a better deal will come out on Disney property. I did get that code but I can't travel until 8/21 and that just brings us too close to back to school. I would much rather go earlier in the month.
