Morning!!!

Our room is nice. It's very close to the lobby, pool and Mara which is nice. Two times we were farther away, but never knew how nice it was to be this close. The noise from the pool was loud last night, but I suppose that in the non summer months it wouldn't matter. Maybe we just had a rowdy crowd last night too.

We are having breakfast at Boma and then we are off to MGM. I realized with the earlier Stunt Show times that eating at Sci Fi on the same day wouldn't work. So, we're going to purchase our passes and take a slow one today...before the marathon begins

Hopefully, the digi cam will work for sending pics tonight. We meet our friends today for dinner...we go to Company D on Friday. Can't wait!! I hope they have my faves for dinner desserts tonight. They rotate the dessert menu now too.

I have not actually taken the luggage out but I have BAGS full of stuff in my closet that I have been putting aside for the trip. After all I am packing light this year. And yes, my house is very full right now. Not only are all 3 kids home but so is DH (teacher) so there is ALWAYS company and a mess at my house.

You leave tomorrow to go to your sons house, right? Have a safe trip and enjoy. All this work and now the trips are finally here. Oh, we were supposed to go July 5 but we changed our dates when AP rates were not coming out. Now we are going August 15 so we still have some time before our trip.

Enjoy your which is coming real close. I am also anxiously awaiting EE2's pictures.

we`re leaving tues., so tomorrow is the "Close all Luggage Day", check the lists day, and get excited day!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We`ll be leaving our son`s home on the 10th of July, to drive down , but it is soooo exciting just to know that all the planning is finally coming together

I know what you mean about the bags of stuff, if you read some posts back, I kept buying rain ponchos, and putting them in the "Disney Closet", I have. When I actually took all the stuff out, I had 8 ponchos,(and there`s only the 2 of us going this trip

EE22! Have a great time. Sounds like you have a pool view, is that what you reserved? Just curious if you got an upgrade. Sounds like a lot of fun so far. Wow, you got to bring your computer, my sis has threatened my life, if I even consider it (I have). But pretty sure we won't be able to. Have you been on Expedition Everest yet? What did you think?

I had a very productive weekend. Went through my summer stuff (finally) Kinda a pre-pack. know what swim suit to take, and weeded out a lot of old shorts/ shirts etc... . So kinda have things arranged to know which draw is going. Etc......... . Feel a little relief just from that. Wanted to see if I needed to shop for anything in particular. Seems like I could use a new swim cover up?

Tomar are you leaving Tuesday! And then in 2 weeks you will get to wdw! Just wanted to wish you a great trip again. Mouseaddict's is right behind you next I think.

People on the sept/oct wait thread, are guessing the next set of rates to be coming out, since the dining plan is expiring its offer. So will be watching for that.

Hope everyone had a great weekend. Judging by the # of times I have gotten the "site is busy" think it is really gonna be crowded this year.

Hi all.
TOMAR@SSR DRIVE SAFELY!!

DH brings the laptop for his internet business so we have to have it. It's really more of a ball and chain than fun, but since we have it...I use it.

We have a poolview, that's what we booked. It's pretty up here MGM was fun...had a good slower morning with breakfast at Boma, over to MGM, bought all of our ap so we are now locked in for Christmas. Had lunch at MGM and DD and I found characters there and the boys came back to AKL. We had dinner at Boma tonight with our friends and then hung out and watched the animals.

Pics should be ready soon to send.

Tomorrow is MK. CP for breakfast and then run like mad people to get on all the rides

We`re actually FLYING on tuesday, to SC, then driving down to orlando on the 10th.

You guys must love to eat at Boma, almost as much as my DH Loves Ohana.!! I only made 2 ADR`s for Ohana though. There`s too many other wonderful restaurants I would like to try

I'm glad the pics worked!!

I have a lot allergies, so I have to watch where we go to eat. Boma works great for us. Plus DH is VERY picky as is DS so...we go there a lot especially since it's right here at AKL.

You remind me of my cousin Franny, (she is my first son`s godmother), and my best friend!!!!!!!!!
I don`t know if I`ll be able to get on the comp. anymore today, (I still have some things to do), but I know, from your pics, that you guys are having a Blast!!!!!!!, so I`ll just say "Keep having Fun"!!!!!!!

EE22 Your pictures are wonderful! Looks like you are all having a great time. Crowds didn't look too bad and your balcony has a great view! What a nice family. And they all look like disneyfiles! You and dad have raised them right. Enjoy your vacation! We loved lights, motor, action > hope you did.

TP2: Looks like we are left waiting. So far this summer is flying by. We are down to the 30's now. Which is great but summer will be almost over when we get back.

Well the time has come for me to start to shut things down in the house, and one of those things has to be my computer

We had a great day today!
Tomorrow is AK and then Cirque at night.
I ate too much today
I have my pepcid...don't forget to pack that!!!
I finally used the moleskin for DH too on his sore on the back of his foot...developed it before we left. His one shoe is falling apart too! Guess we'll be returning those when we get home!!

You know how they say to visit the rides during the afternoon parade at MK?
Didn't work for us...the place was PACKED! 40 minute wait for HM after lunch. ISAW was 30 minutes. We rode all we wanted in the morning, but after lunch we saw characters, watched the parade and left as it was just too busy at MK. We have another day or two there so we'll hit those later. Getting there early in peak season sure is the key. It was rather empty till after lunch time. MGM didn't seem that busy at all yesterday.

EE2: Love you MK pictures. So does DD2. She is sitting on my lap going crazy, especially while seeing Pooh. What time was your ADR at Crystal Palace? You were the first ones in the park. That must have been amazing. Looks like you are having a wonderful vacation with your family. Keep enjoying every second!

MKY: We are left waiting. Did you take out your luggage yet? I know I still have 7 weeks but the stuff is beginning to gather and my closet does not have much more room. I think I need to start loading things up so I know what I have and hopefully it will keep me out of the stores.

Hi everyone...I miss "talking" to you all on our code watch board. I've been following along with you here, but things have been really hectic at home lately, so I haven't posted.

I'm glad to hear that everyone's trip plans are going smoothly. 11 more days for me! Woo hoo!

We'll be at AKL 7/7-7/11 and WL 7/11-7/15. If any of you will be there then, keep an eye out for me! I'll have Lime Green Mickey tags on our luggage and backpacks. I'm 34, about 5'1" with curly, dark blonde hair and am "small Pooh sized" (read: pleasantly plump!) I'm traveling with my DH38 and DS13 who has Autism. We'll have a GAC in the parks to make the touring a little easier for him. Feel free to say hi if you're there at the same time and think you spot me!

EE22, Great MK pic's! Looks like great weather.

D of D, We will miss you. Don't get down to aug 2. Tomar maybe still be around somewhere there yet. I have had on lime green ribbons, and mickey heads only got 1 comment from a cm once, but no one else. Hope it won't be toooooooooo crowded in july. No big tour groups of teenagers. Keeping fingers crossed for you. Fingers crossed that you get a great room at akl!

TP2, Been thinking about getting my suitcases down. They are in the attic and need to go up there and check out which halloween costume i want to bring down, or try on. We are planning to have that settled before we go in august. Cause when we get back we will only have a month and half before the oct. trip. Gosh, I wish I could sew. I also have a "pile" on the floor going right now. Been stocking up on alot of stuff. & The "nephew" b-day is july 9, and we are giving him alot of stuff for the trip. He won't like the clothes, but he needs them.
