My dad had a very tough life. One of my childhood memories of about age 6 years old was visiting the hospital and him coming down to the waiting room with his head in white bandages and later I learned when I was much older he was telling everyone about his will. I often wonder what impact his health had on my parent's marriage. He had to have been ill near the end of their marriage because he was very ill not long after their divorce and had his first brain surgery. But, in the end, they weren't meant for one another.
Someone remarked on my "good attitude" one day about no ap rates. That's why. Life could be so horrible and mine really is very wonderful. I'm not rich and I never will be, but I have things money can't buy, healthy, smart children, my health and DH's as well. DH would do anything for me. He's a wonderful man. After all, he's not a Disney freak like me. The man never saw Peter Pan while growing up. That's just wrong.
Just yesterday a lady was remarking what a pain in the neck all my allergies were...I have a longggg list of them. They are a pain. I went to a wedding Sat and the only thing I could it was the lettuce and the bread! When I go out to eat, there is only about 1-2 things on a menu I can eat. I can only say, "I'd rather have allergies than cancer." Things could be so much worse than that.
I knew about the prison in Joliet

always made me nervous when I went through there in the middle of the night! After I got stuck in traffic that summer, I'd only go halfway...stopping in Joliet which is an easy drive from here...I'd stay at a Hampton (horrible story about a not nice hotel on another trip from MI) and get up at 2 am to not have traffic. It took its toll on me though the next day as I'd be to my parents very early and have to be up all that day. Then, on the way back, I'd stay in Michigan City. I'd avoid all that nasty day traffic. Worked great actually.
I'm printing those directions! We actually found a place near the airport...20 miles south of 6 Flags. I saw the water park! I hate roller coasters...messes with my migraine head. So, I might be in there. DD will eat funnel cakes all day I'm sure. I hate those things! I can't handle all that grease anymore. icky tummy!!
I saw the outlet mall too. I want to find the
DISNEY STORE!!! We don't have one close anymore

1.5 hours away is the closest. I'll tell you how bad I was though...my buddies are all former CMs from our store. We still get together once a month on Sat mornings at Panera Bread!

sad, I know. One is a former student too. She and I are now great friends. She tutors for me during the year. She's now an engineer and they have a K-12 partnership with our district.
I'm almost done with chapter 2 of my math book

just have to make the test key!!! I also printed 70 pictures
We need to watch Pirates before our trip since it comes out near when we come home and we all can't remember the story line very well and I must go do some
