When you guys call, are you calling the Passholder line, (407) WDISNEY, the other (40) number, or the 1 (800) number? I usually call one of the two (407) numbers but yesterday I called the (800) number and got a not-to-pleasant CM. Can the Passholder line handle ressies and changes to ressies?

Dof D> I usually call 407-wdisney but once in a while I've hit the wrong #1 and wound up with grand gatherings they are VERY nice. Friendly group. Wish I had more people to go with to disney.

I've called the passholder # at night and they are clueless! I think it depends on the time of day/night too. I really have only had one nasty CM...she hung up on me actually and I was really calling about the party tickets for a friend when I saw that they were released early. Nasty doesn't cover it.

Ok....This may be tough to understand, but the "book selected resort offers" box is changing......What I mean is that the URL associated with the box has changed. The first time I clicked on it, I copied the non-functional URL that it took me to into wordpad....Then, just a minute ago, I tried to access it again (still didn't work) & copied that URL into wordpad....They ended up being 2 different URL's.

That means that they are working on it as we speak......

Tink, I really agree with you that change is in the air ......... What time did the MM come out yesterday??? We're having some serious computer problems here & haven't been able to get into the Passholder site for several days, so it's hard for us to know what's happening

But - I really do believe something's up ........ I'll have to wait & call!!! grrrrr

yes, the top link on that page didn't work for me...I got to booking another way.
