I have lots of minutes to report since I last posted:
5 days of 100 crunches/100 pushups -- 50 minutes total
Friday -- 15 hours on my feet and travelling all over campus, lifting boxes of supplies, carrying & delivering lunches -- count as 7.5 hours = 450 minutes
Saturday -- 10 hours on my feet and travelling all over campus, lifting boxes of supplies, carrying & delivering lunches -- count as 5 hours = 300 minutes
New total 1010/1800 minutes through 6/12.
Heading to the gym tonight and hoping to add some minutes of "structured training"
