It's about time I checked in here! I have not been very good so far this month, both about exercising and record keeping. I am embarassed to see my name still on the list with a 0 after it. I am also motivated to get that changed, and to get in motion so I can make my goal for the month.
After collecting all my little notes, I have FINALLY set up my log for the month and have determined that at this point I am at 470/1500 min.
I haven't exercised yet today, but I usually go out in the evening and I plan to do so this evening to get myself at least 1/3 of the way to goal. I can't claim those min yet, though, because I haven't done them yet. What I have done is to set up my log for NEXT month already so I will have no excuses for another slow start.
