UGH! This weekend was hard for me. Don't know why, but really did NOT want to get moving!! Anyway..managed to drag my butt to the treadmill today, so please add another 40 for me! TY!
Everyone is doing so great. I'm now at 525/2600. I was sick most of last week. I'm really going to have to work hard to get to my goal in the next three weeks.
My exercise total for the weekend is 220 minutes ~ new June total is 620/1600.
I've started a new routine now that the kids are out of school; 30 minutes in the morning before work and an additional 30-45 minutes after work. I like the early morning jump start
