June Exercise Challenge- Turn up the heat

30 today for me, not as much as I would have liked, but at least something. That puts me at 75/600.

I did cardio for 45 minutes this morning (interval training).

150/900

I managed to get in 100 minutes during the weekend:

6/2 - 40 walking
6/3 - 30 walking + 30 bike ride

New June total is 160/1600.

I only have 30 minutes to report so far -- my 100 crunches and 100 push-ups that I do every single day. So, I am at 30/1800. A slow start, but a start, nonetheless, and am looking forward to a nice extended session at the gym tonight, now that our houseguest is gone and I have a few minutes before the crazy-ness of Special Olympics (which I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!!!)
 
I am off to a pretty slow start, so far I am at 35/1000. Hopefully I will be able to get in an hour or so this afternoon.

160/1500 as of today. 15 min core yesterday and 54 min walking today
 
Today's exercise:
45 mins TM; 30 mins bike; 10 mins crunches & push-ups. 85 today.
New total 115/1800 through 6/4.
 
I'm now at 500/2000. I'm 1/4 of the way there. I took the kids to the park yesterday and walked in circles around the play area for an hour (I'm sure everyone else there thought I was crazy).:) I walked with a friend for 45 minutes this morning and went running this afternoon. I'm off to a great start. I hope I can keep it up.
