June Exercise Challenge- Turn up the heat

I have been on vacation for the last week, so I have a big list to post.
6/16 walked 30 min.
6/17 ran 60 min.
walked 30 min.
6/18 swim 60 min.
6/19 walked 60 min.
6/20 walked 60 min.
6/21 ran 60 min.
6/22 hiked 240 min.
6/24 weight training 75 min.
1425/1600
 
6-21 walk 30, walk 20
6-22 curves 40, walk 20
6-23 walk 45
6-24 walk 45, walk 60

1560/1100
 
45 minutes of strength training this morning. 675/900
 

wow, I have to catch up
6/20 -- crunches & push-ups -- 10 minutes
6/21 -- crunches & push-ups & 5k race -- 10 minutes + 45
6/22 -- crunches & push-ups -- 10 minutes
6/23 -- crunches & push-ups -- 10 minutes + walking to & from concert venue -- 20 minutes
6/24 -- crunches & push-ups -- 10 minutes

New total -- 1285/1800 through last night, 6/24.
 
Add 30 minutes for yesterday...

And only 15 for today... it's 90 outside.. I just can't exercise in this heat. :(

Total of 700/600!
 
Another 45 min for me, bringing me to 620/600. I will make my goal higher next month.

Finally back on track today - got a little sidetracked due to complications from my surgery a few months back...UGH!!

Anyway, please add another 45 for me...:)
 
Another 163 minutes, so now I'm 760/900, over 80% of the way there.

Yesterday:
60 minutes treadmill + 100 crunches + 100 push ups + 10 mins swiss ball =80
today -- 100 crunches + 100 pushups =10

new total 1375/1800
 
I did 45 minutes of core exercises this morning. 720/900
 
Unfortunately, I worked many many hours last week AND had the flu ~ therefore, I didn't exercise much.

Over the weekend, I exercised 180 minutes ~ new June total is 1090/1600. I know I'm going to come up short this month :sad2: but I'm going to exercise my biscuits off this week.
 
I'm just back from WDW! I'm going to be very conservative znd add in 1 hour of walking everyday, but I'm sure it was much, much more. Now I'm at 905 minutes!
