June Exercise Challenge - DO NOT be 'Bustin' out all over'

Wow!! I haven't posted since the 10th.......I have been super busy!! Thanks goodness I keep track of my exercise minutes in a pocket calendar. (it keeps me on track)

I didn't realize that I hadn't posted since Saturday. I took Sunday off. Monday I did 30 minutes of BL Cardiomax (using 5 lb weights). Tuesday morning I did Walk Away the Pounds 30 min/2 mi walk and in the evening I mowed the lawn using our old push mower. It was 90 minutes of plowing through knee high grass and it was definitely a workout! I am at

824/1450.........................P

Not looking too good for me to make goal. Between the extreme heat & arthritis problems I have been having a hard time getting much exercise done. Today was finally a little better on both accounts but now I'm feeeling like I'm getting a sore throat. Ugh, I don't have time for that! Gotta keep moving!
