I managed 30 minutes this morning. I am still waaaaay behind schedule. I am at

was kind of a bum today, kept saying I need to go exercise, I need to go exercise, but I didnt other then playing with my nephews in the pool, had almost decided just call it a day (exercisewise) when I saw my nike+ senor sitting next to my computer and that got me to throw my shoes on and take a jog so I managed 32 today (not a great amount for a day off of work but I its certainly better then nothing I suppose)

I am going to count some of my yardwork time last night as exercise. I was cruising pushing the fertilizer spreader and grass seed spreader!! Plus I spread mulch, weeded, watered, etc. I will count 20 minutes, but I was out there for 2 1/2 hours.

I managed 30 minutes on the treadmill this morning. I was going to try to get in 45 minutes, but it didn't happen.

Well... despite trying, I only got in another 2 minutes last night :rotfl:. It was a crazy night trying to get packed up for a busy weekend and get some housework and laundry done. oh well.

I did 35 minutes of BL Cardiomax this morning (warm up, level 1 and level 2). No chance tonight to do more and it is raining too hard to walk outside at lunch time, so that is probably it for today. I am at

I figure I'll have to do 60 min/day if I'm going to make it. Normally that wouldn't be a problem but it has been so hot here I simply don't want to move! :scared1:

The pool is already too hot for serious swimming - can't wait to see what it's like in July! It already feels more like a hot tub than a pool! OK, I know, enough whining from me. Time to stop making excuses and get moving! :banana:
