I am going to add in 30 minutes of mall walking so I am up to 350/900 for the month. I am pretty much on track for making goal if I keep it up :)
 
6/10:30 min trot on the lake trail, with me pushing DD, DH is at work. Went much slower than when I don't have DD in tow! It was fun though and beautiful again this morning.

I walked 7.1 miles today. My time was 121 minutes. At first I was disappointed at my time (17mm) but then I looked at the temp. and noticed it was 86 degrees when I got back. :eek: So I guess I'm ok with it. (for now!)

Don't think my numbers have changed. It's been a very busy last few days, and I'm about 50 posts behind in my reading of just this thread!

DS1 has officially graduated high school! :banana: I survived working the all night party for his class. I think just staying awake should count as exercise minutes! sheesh

Have 2 loads of laundry on the line and my family isn't even out of bed yet! Now it's time to shower and hopefully take the dog for a walk before we head out to DS2's basketball tournament and a wedding reception--both out of town. Only 3 more days of school here for DS2 (finals week so half days) then summer officially begins! :woohoo: Can't wait for 3 months off work!

I get to add another 30 minutes on the stepper. In this humidity it felt like an hour. So I am at 380/900 for the month.
 
I haven't checked in for a few days, but with the minutes I have done up through today, I am at 400/1000.

BTW: what's WERQ?

WERQ is a hip-hop/pop/rock dance class. It's like Zumba but higher impact (at least the class at my gym is) and the music is just awesome!! I can't get enough of it...although I don't think my joints could handle it everyday. When the songs come on the radio I just can't help but do the dance. Favorite song right now is "Call Me Maybe"!
 
I had good weekend, I added another 200 minutes. That brings me to 300/1000!
 
I am officially back at the gym as of Saturday - after almost a month off.
Did some time on the cross trainer, the bike, walking laps and some weight machines. Total of 90 minutes.
Then, came home and took a short break with some tv time and then got in the pool and did some jogging in the water using a noodle. Total time 30 minutes.

So, I am at 210/1000 so far this month! And have my bag packed for a gym trip after work today!
 
Had a great weekend with DH but only managed one 30 minute walk yesterday. This morning, though, I did 35 min wt machines and 60 minutes cardio. For a total of 125 more minutes. Yea! (shoes are working out great!)

Hi! Had a garage sale over the weekend. Finally getting things back on track.

Walked the dogs on Sunday and got a walk in at work today. Hoping to get back at C25K this week with garage sale over!

I was 205/850 and now I am 343/850!

Also I lost 2 pounds so these minutes REALLY help!
