I wanted to stop in and say Have a great time!!!!!!!
I am so happy you made the flight! I did try to put a sign on the door marked closed but I just couldnt do it! LOL ( I have to make up for a less than stellar May and I just got a note that one of our asst managers, at another location, quit. Just like that , last night! Oh well) Because of this I will be using you to live vicariously through during your wonderfully amazing stay at WDW during GD!!!!!!

I know all of you are going to have a great time!!!

Despite the issues this AM we are off to a decent start.

We got on the magical Express bus, got to AKL in a reasonable amount of time. We checked in at 11:30 AM, room was ready.

We dropped our stuff in the room (pool view, nothing exciting) and went to Mara for lunch. When we got back to the room our luggage was there.

We went to the bus stop where an Epcot bus was waiting.

It rained sporadically today, but somehow we never got rained on! We didn't ride Soarin' or Test Track because the wait was an hour and the FP return time was 5:40 PM (at 1 PM). Walked on Spaceship Earth, Living with the Land, the boat in Mexico. We waited about 15 - 20 minutes at Maelstrom but it was raining so we didn't mind the wait.

Dinner was at Tokyo Dining. I thought it was OK, DH didn't really care for it. Service was outstanding, food was fine, atmosphere was great! Pics later. We are taking a break before we meet a bunch of friends at Victoria Falls.

I can't imagine how you ended up cutting it so close! I'm glad you made it despite the stupidity of the airport's staffing. Yeah for it going better since then. Enjoy some Epcot-ness for me!

ETA: Apparently it wasn't cooperating because there wasn't a page 29 yet. I'm the first post, yet it was showing me that there was. Okay, that's way to much for my WDW-deprived/pregnancy brain to handle. Have a good night!

Good morning!

Had an absolute blast with everybody at Victoria Falls last night! I think there were about 15 of us. There were at least 8 more at MK for PM EMH. We should all end up together at some point today!

I got back to the room at 11:30 PM and realized I never took any pics at the meet! But I had been awake for 24 hours by 11:30 PM, so there you have it!

Gay Day at Magic Kingdom kicks off with breakfast at Crystal Palace!

Breakfast was great! Saw Bob & Bruce, and Muggsie & her partner with their beautiful baby at Crystal Palace.

The crowds were really low! We were able to walk on pretty much everything! We saw Ben & Jamie, Jeff & Jon, and Wally on our way out. They were just arriving at MK.

Now we are back for a break. Dole Whip meet is at 4 PM. Not sure if we'll get back to MK before the parade, but we'll definitely go get a Dole Whip!

I have to make my adrs thurs. Have you ever eaten at the Brown Derby? Since we are styaing at the Yacht Club I am thinking Shulas (just to compare to Yachtsman) and Flying Fish.

Running for the plane was a disaster.
We have only been to Brown Derby for lunch once. It was pretty good!

No, Wally was with Jeff and the other guys. I saw Rosie yesterday at the Dole Whip meet! We're having dinner with Mike on Tuesday. I am horrible at judging crowd levels, but I will say it didn't feel crowded AT ALL yesterday.

I know. The posts show up funny because one of my friends had posted earlier and then she had to ask the mods to delete her account (and all of her posts) because she had somebody kind of stalking her. So now the thread still counts the deleted posts and it makes the page numbers wonky.
