June check-in! Start of summer season!

I will add my name to the list! June 24-29 and am bringing 8 teenagers to join 8000 other teenagers for the FBLA national conference. We have been assigned to the Anaheim Marriott.

Those are the exact dates we will be there. What are the convention hours? Does it very by day? I am imagining that if they go down for a convention they can't be in DLR all the time. We just passed the one month mark.

We will be there June 3rd and 4th. Leaving Las Vegas at about 4:00 the morning of the 3rd. Looking forward to my first trip to Disneyland in probably 30 years. It will be my daughter's (19 months) first experience with Disney, but it will definitely not be her last as her mother and I are fanatics. Six more days until we leave for Vegas.

Except for the evening opening and closing sessions, the convention is an on and off type of affair where the students compete and go to seminars at various times during the day. Combine that with the restrictions put on the students by the advisor and/or school, and you will not see all 8000 trying to get in the park at once.

we have 15 days till we leave for the hotel the night before our trip. I'm so excited I want to start packing! I know if I start I'll need to dig into it. (I've already pack a few things I know we won't need.) How soon is too soon! I'm just too excited ....wish my DH would be as excited as I am but to him it's just another trip/vacation.

Hey June People .....hope someone can make use of my cancelled reservations. I had to reschedule last minute. I just called HOJO's main reservation desk and cancelled the queen suite for June 13-27. It an awesome, one of a kind, suite with 2 bathrooms overlooking their garden pool. I know there have been posted pictures that look just wonderful and hope that one of you would be able to switch your reservations and take advantage of this great suite!!!!

You might want to repost the question as its own thread or do a search in the forum for it. Your question will be seen by more people than those just going in June and you should get more answers. I have never been there so I can't say. I also look at Trip Advisor for hotel reviews.

Hi and welcome! I am also staying at the comfort inn. Haven't stayed there before but here is what I know. The hotel has recently been remodeled and has gotten pretty good reviews. The catch is the distance. It's pretty far away, about a mile from the main entrance on Harbor. But I figured that wouldn't be too big of a deal for me.
