Are the guys wearing tux for semi formal night too? I thought it was just for formal night, but read somewhere on the boards that tux were worn for semi too!.

Hi Kate,

When we went on the transatlantic, we hired a tux for my OH and to get the best value he wore it on two of the three nights, plenty more were doing the same, and it looks great!

Has any one who has reservations with Virgin received their tickets yet? starting to get concerned.... have spoken to them they say Disney havent sent them yet and they dont have the flight tickets yet..know this isnt really a problem as they can be picked up at the airport and the disney info can be obtained from the web site but starting to question the efficency of Virgin!!!

Hello all,
We arrived in Barcelona, great flight from Atlanta, non revenue on Delta,
Was able to be up front, this can spoil you real quick.

Now for the warnings.... fell victim to local criminals first thing off of the Aerobus. Had small carryon bag stolen in Plaza Cataluna while we were destracted for just a brief moment.
Keep your small items close.
Three careful adults, and still fell victim. It could have been a lot worse...
didn't loose passport or wallet.

Just be careful, and watch your stuff.

I am wearing sport jacket, dress shirt and tie for semi-formal. I bought a tux several years ago, the savings in rental tux has surpassed the cost of the tux a while ago. Alex

That makes me glad we have opted to have Le Meridien pick us up. Straight to the hotel to deposit our things!

Virgin Cruise Holiday..."Nil point" As they say in the Eurovision Song Contest.
They are absolutely c**p!
After several phonecalls last week to chase up any documentation. They emailed me the Easyjet flight reservation details and sent by 1st class post the airport-ship, ship-airport transfer vouchers.
And like you, they said that they haven't received the Disney cruise tickets yet.

I'm not impressed.

On another subject, I was looking at Cruise Critic reviews for the recent 11 night Disney Magic Cruise. A review by selenapan9. There was one section that grabbed my attention! I hope I'm allowed to copy and paste?
"The Exotic Rasul is basically where they take you and your husband to your own private room. This comes equipped with tiled floors, a shower and a plethora of body scrubs, lotions and oils. The other area is a steam room. They spend about 10 minutes telling you about the products, close the door, and leave you alone to do whatever you will do for the other 50. At the 50 minute mark, they knock discreetly and you come out sheepishly whenever you can. Before going in, they stress that the couples LOVE this and that this is YOUR time. So, for us, this was a not so subtle way of saying "go , have sex, with our blessing". With that in mind, we didn't really need the 10 minute diatribe on the different oils but one must keep up appearances. Also, the steam room was a bit treacherous from that perspective. But, all things considered, this was a very lovely experience that couples can use however they see fit. From other readings, I have found that other couples did not take the hint and wore bathing suits, actually tried all the oils and tentatively played in mud. To my mind, all that is fine if you were doing this alone, but there is a reason your mate is there. Enough said.

I thought it was quite amusing that after we came out, the staff who wandered by merely smiled knowingly and avoided eye contact. No one said anything to us and they let us leave at our own pace. Tons of fun, and surprising from Mickey!!"

i absolutely cant wait til thursday now, we've been sooo busy at work and i've been doing so much overtime this month that i'm just totally burnt out, and in desperate need of a break. only 13 more hours at work to get though then i'm off for a week and a half.....

i got asked to do overtime tomorrow too but turned it down, got too much stuff to do tomorrow to do any more overtime, but the way i'm feeling at the mo i probably wont end up doing anything tomorrow before work apart from taking the dog out and going to the post office.
dont worry though, once friday comes around, i'll perk up and it'll be all party party party!
