Disney Magic-July 4th, 2009
I am so excited. Ok, not that excited at the moment. Kind of sad. No trip till next July. How will I survive?

I was reading a post from the Kouris Family on another thread. She was saying that some people got stung from thoes tiny jellyfish in Cabo. I swam with them for quite a while, and nothing happened to me. My head was in the water and everything. I think they were even in my mouth:confused3 I really didn't think they were jellyfish. I swore they were seaweed pods:rotfl2: Anyways, after awhile I saw that they were jellys. I wonder why they didn't bother me at all. Some of my friends say that I'm Patrick Starfish from Spongebob....Maybe they're right?;)

Where is the ship going? Is your mom going with you again? When is the Magic coming back to Cali? And should I get off the ship in Nassau?

At this time it is my mom, my 19 year old son, my 9 year old son, and my husband. This may change. But, we wanted to make sure we have everything covered at this time. I have never been to Nasuaa. We only have done the western caribeen, med, and the Christmas cruise. And now of course the mexican riveria. So, I can not help you with Nasuaa. I am so sad that we are not on the magic. I love the magic.

We do not do anything else all year. So, we have to sacrifice everything else so we can go on the cruise. I also work way too much all year so we can go on the cruise. Sometimes I wonder if it is really worth it.

:thumbsup2 I have been on A LOT of vacations. Almost everywhere in the USA.( Except New York. )This cruise is the best thing I have ever done in my life. Rick is 48 years old, and I have never seen my husband so happy. I am totally sold out for DCL. So, keep working my friend. I don't think you could do anything better with your $. My new saying is that I work to cruise:thumbsup2 :smickey: :boat:

That is why we go on the cruise. My husband and I think it is the best thing for our entire family. Everyone loves it. Aren't you going to Hawaii in August?

That is actually very touching mickeyteachers....I mean, the cruise is truly a family experience for you, and you make sure that your family has those memories. I absolutely love that

 I leave on Saturday the 2nd. I am really excited!!! My mom and I are going on a City Food Tour. This guy picks us up at our hotel, and takes us to like 6 different little off the beaten track restaurants. We go to this noodle shop, and some crack nut shop(whatever that means) I am so excited. We are also going to Kualoa Ranch. We will go ATV riding, horseback riding. We go on some boat. It will be great. Rick is not going. He does not want to take the time off work. Its OK...I will only be gone for a week. We are going to Laughlin next week:crazy2: (inlaws) It will be fine;) Cher in Vegas on the 17th of August:goodvibes My mom has always wanted to see her. I am very excited to take her. So... YES... I have a busy summer:lmao:

I work to cruise....that needs to be above your avatar!!! I think that's GREAT!!! We all are so truly for the whole cruise atmosphere....I've been searching out the Hawaii cruises out of San Fran. That's one of the ways I've always wanted to see the islands....I don't have to pack and unpack each time we hit a new island :thumbsup2 But then, we get a new view each day too! Ya gotta love it!

A crack nut shop??? What the.... Well, that sounds like an amazing experience for you both! Rick sounds a lot like Patrick...I'm going camping next week without him. He HAS to work (or so he says). I think he needs work...he took a whole week off and now has to get back to the daily grind. It's cool though, I'm going with my parents and my sister and bro in law....Patrick gets a mini vacation without us here ;)

My girlfriend took the Princess Cruise Line with her husband and 3 children to Hawaii. They leave out of LA. She had a wonderful time. It is a 2 week cruise. I was just looking at it yesterday. Right now I am looking at a 15 day China cruise on the Viking River Cruiseline. I think we will go with my parents in like 5 years. I'd better work my *** off with all this cruising:lmao: Correction....I mean planning. I have only been on 1 cruise:lmao:

Ok...so here goes. Since nobody's really reading this for info anymore, I'm gonna throw this out there. Ok, so you're talking about working for your cruises. I'm considering doing the same thing! The gym opens in less than 3 months, and I want to work there PT. Andrew's going to school full time starting the end of this month, and I'll need something to fill some of my mornings! I mean...you know...my Type A, ADHD, OCD personality can't stay at home all alone!! Casey would love it, but he's asleep on the couch and wouldn't know the diff. I don't know...is that a good idea?? :goodvibes

I only allow Rick 1 week away from the coal mine. I need him to work to fund my little travel addiction. Just kidding;) HE doesn't want to take the time away. He will take a couple of days for Laughlin. Maybe Ill stay home;) JUST KIDDING!!!!

:lmao: ;)

It's funny...I tell Patrick the same thing. But his bosses wouldn't allow him to take too much time off, especially after giving him that other site. I was wondering if he'd be going with us to DL in September, but he guaranteed me he'd be able to go. He says he didn't feel real 'rested' after the cruise. Which, I can see why, we were always on our way to get the kids to another activity or whatever. But, it's not that he didn't enjoy himself, I think he just though he'd come back relaxed. And that wasn't the case. But, he had fun....so that's all that matters. :thumbsup2 Since DL is our home away from home, hopefully he can find somewhere he likes and rest. Most likely in Downtown Disney having a glass of Cab ;)
