Well, I am a little bit of the fashion police.
Strictly - Formal night for Men is Tuxedos. Period. Semi-Formal is a Tux or Suit and tie, with at least a jacket, slacks and tie. Casual is a collared shirt of some kind, and slacks, no tie.
I would be happy to rant about this further.
Rick is going to wear his tux again...just changed up a bit, and I am going to look Bee-utibul in a short black evening dress. I hope people don't mistake me for a BLACK ONYX PRINCESS!!! M-I-C...I need your help again.

WOW - didn't mean to get something going here. I really don't want to know what the rules are or get opinions of dress codes (that's like talking politics) - I just want to know what people REALLY DO!
I can tell you that I am taking my tuxedo and I don't really want to pack a suit or sport jacket & slacks for the "Semi". If the word was that most wear tuxes or suits, I'd pack another tux shirt. If the word is more casual, I'd wear a little nicer shirt than normal on that night - maybe one that is a little less colorful![]()
Thanks Sophia37 - that's what I was looking for. I'll just pack another shirt and save my Bahamas for during the day and casual evenings. Lord knows we don't need no fashion cops!![/QUOTE
