Unfortunately, this is the first time I have heard from you!! These groups were closed last week in order to give everyone enough time to get their FE's in order and planned for!
There are two parties in Group 1 that I have not heard back from in sometime.... and we may be able to put you in that group.... please keep checking this board!!!!!

Hey All..... I have not heard anything at all from CruisingasDaisy or BevHVS in over a month. I am not sure if either party is still on this board and wished to be a part of the groups!! There is a father with two girls "Olafloveswarmhugs" who would like to join. I told him groups were closed as of last week, but if we do not hear back from CruisingasDaisy or BevHVS, would anyone have an issue with letting this family take the place of one of those others? I hate to leave someone out, but I also need to have everyone's info in order to do this and have complete lists.
Coursevector and Cfiehn - I know you both have a GTY resev. and are waiting for your room numbers, and will get them to me ASAP when you get them.
Cmcm624 also has GTY resev. and won't have room number until Boarding time. I've asked her to leave a note on your doors as she passes out her gifts, so you will know her room number.
I think CruisingasDaisy and BevHVS have both dropped from this board, and perhaps joined another group.... but neither are responding to my requests for more info., therefore I'm inclinded to add this new family to Group 1, as the other two parties may be no-shows.
Anyone object??????

No worries... we will work it out somehow! I just wanted to run it by the others and make sure there are no objections. Sometimes people "personalize" gifts, etc., and have done theirs already... so just checking and will let you know soon!! You would be in group #1, as there are two parties I have not heard back from and am assuming as of now that they are no longer interested!

SClark, we had to order our FE gifts already since we'll already be on vacation a week before the cruise. Plus with the wedding I didn't want to have more things on my plate. We may or may not have enough for those who are in our group but didn't post cabin number already. Just an FYI. We aren't trying to exclude anyone but I didn't want to wait any longer (or order way too many gifts). Hope that's okay!

I think you should get bonus points for doing FE on top of all of the wedding plans! Hope the last minute details come together for you.

I don't think it will be an issue....CruisingasDaisy and BevHVS have not been on board in quite some time and may have found other groups or changed their minds. I think we should go ahead and let this new family join in. I will add them to the first group...and if these other two parties do not respond with cabin numbers, I will delete them from group #1. I have extra stuff also KJP, and plan on some pixie dusting.... but others have already done their gifts, and I don't want to make it difficult for anyone who has planned ahead.

Hi All! I just wanted to throw out a helpful tip (in case you hadn't thought of it)... In our book and paperwork mailed to our homes, there is a 3 page tear-out of the entire ship's Deck Plan layout. Tear this out, mark all the cabin numbers in your group(s) and it will make it much easier when delivering your FE gifts! I have heard some people doing deck by deck, and others doing Forward/Aft of ship. A LOT of walking either way... but going to be fun!! And think of all the exercise we will get!!
