HI all!

Just thought I'd drop a line and let you guys know that I was watching the Wonder get some work done the last two weeks. It was parked outside my office building, talk about a tease having to see it day after day for two weeks!

I had been considering (not seriously) cancelling the cruise and just doing a land thing, so it was fortunate that the Wonder came to town for work. Just picturing myself standing on the verandah with a Kungaloosh in hand watching as ITALY! rolls by was just way! too tempting.

So I'll take the valium for the overseas flights, spend my children's college money, haunt the bulleting boards and travel sights for cheap flights, and suffer the looks from those who think I am a fool for spending so much on a 10-day cruise, but I AM READY TO GO!!!!!

My Nashville-Barcelona followed by Paris-Nashville is still hovering around $1100. My goal is still to buy sometime in January unless something unbelievable pops up before then.

(When in doubt, always go back to Colonel Sanders.. LOVE that Extra-crispy!!)

Air France & Amex still have not come to terms for flight certificates after 6/30/07 still waiting!

On the bright side I have gotten ressies for Presidents day Magic cruise for 08!

Will have to cancel or modify RCCI Liberty cruise I had for same date!

What ever happened to Cheri? Is she still going or has she pulled the rip cord & yelled Geronomo!!!

Yeah, keep me posted on the Amex thing. I hate that I cashed in a bunch of points a while back for Southwest certificates, but I've got time to generate a buck or two.

Cheri must be in witness protection or something. I haven't seen her in weeks on here or on my Yahoo groups.

Off Disney for a sec, any Survivor fans in here? We are making tentative plans for a fall 2007 cruise with some people who were on Survivor. It'll probably be on RCCL though, as they have some ships more geared to the so called "survivor type".

Well, Captain Slacker, put forth some ideas!

Besides, I've been busy updating the web site and the d@#$ed thing won't load right. One cable company takes over another and everything goes to h%ll in a handbasket. DD has been off of school apparently the teachers need a two week break in October because, after all, they have been teaching since August.

yeah, well figured I'd post my ugly head in here and say hello. I'm still sticking with the Disney airfare, have not seen anything cheaper into Barcelona. Anxiously awaiting the excursions, which I hope will be out after the first of the year. That will be sweet. I can't think of anything to pull together for parties. Wont' we be too busy in port?
