Well david finally got back to me and his response to my question about the mixology class was the larger the class the less likely there will be hands on opportunities.
So I am taking that to mean that even with a minimum number of 25 people (which we are not close to even with my DH agreeing to tag along) that there is a chance that we will not get any "hands on" time with a private class.
Since the main attraction, at least for me, is the hands on opportunity for a mixology class I am going to try to get tickets for the regular one on embarktion day.
Now they have the same requirements/opportunities for private wine/martini/beer tasting classes so if we get a minimum of 25 people willing to sign up we can do one of those
I'd also put the request in for a private mixology class if that ever gets to 25 people as well (I'd sign up if it helps to get to 25).
The last option is touching base on embarktion day (at lanyard meet ?) and trying to all get tickets for the same tastings

I had alot of fun with Dis people in the past at these tastings
Also, a thing to consider, the cooking classes they schedule usually include a wine tasting at the end as well-they are alot of fun too
