Hi everyone!

I am a bit confused on what exactly were are able to do to preexisting reservations on June 24th. There are two separate things I want to do.

1. See if I can move my 2020 35% off room rate (because of cancelled free dining) to a 2021 booking instead.
2. Move a pre-existing 2021 resort reservation to different dates within 2021.

Will I be able to these things on the 24th, or the 28th? And does anyone know if I will be able to keep my 35% off discount when I move my dates to 2021?

Your mileage may vary on number 1. I would expect the answer to be no, then be pleasantly surprised if they let you keep it.

You'll have to call in for number 2 (I'm assuming you have a room only that you want to move)

Thank you! Do you think I will be able to call and do this on the 24th? Or will I have to wait until the 28th with everyone who does not yet have a reservation? And yes, these are room only.

From what I heard the 2021 packages will actually be bookable on the 24th, I feel like you are able to modify pre-existing RO reservations when that happens.

So, quick question. When can we make Room Only reservations? I spent hours on the phone yesterday with a computer glitch....

I think when packages drop for the next year you can typically make RO reservations, but I don't make RO reservations so I never pay attention to those details. 2020 reservations are still TBD
