basketball....the gophers never have a chance against the buckeyes in football. Actually we pretty much lose to them in everything, but I always hold out hope just in case

So you're saying you have us right where you want us. Mike Wilbon says the Bucks lose 3 out of the next 5. @ Minnesota and @ Wisconsin scare me. But I'll be busy coaching Kylie's hoops team at game time, so gonna miss it.

I'm sure the Gopher hockey team is better. I think OSU still has a hockey team. Or maybe it's just the lousy Blue Jackets.

We are down to 8 scholarship players and no point guards....I don't see what could go wrong.

Wish Kylie good luck from us at her game!! How do you like coaching? I coached one year, but I got too nervous before each game that it wasn't good.

I know it is a while away yet, but does anyone have recommendations of excursions to do (or ones to avoid) for these ports?

The highlight for our kids on the PC cruise this Jan was Ziplining in Puerto Vallerta (yes, even my currently 6 yo DD loved it! The 700ft high Dos Cahones didn't scare her one bit).

We did the ziplining in PV too, and it was absolutely incredible! We loved it! (Well, 4 out of 5 of us did. DW is afraid of heights, but she did it and has some interesting tales to tell. ). Not sure what we'll do on this cruise. I think we'll at least look into what DCL has to offer. With the short times in some ports, I'd be concerned about not making it back onboard. We'll be doing lots of reading about the ports over the next year.

Hey all!

We are getting ready for the Super Bowl today, and I am preparing to go into Football withdrawal starting tomorrow. Not much going on until the draft at the end of April, so it is a little bittersweet. Of course, if there is a lockout in March, then who knows what will happen. Grrrrrr....

Anyway, I don't have a dog in the fight today, but my family is rooting for the Packers because the Steelers have six rings already, and we don't want them to get another and get further away from OUR team, the Cowboys (who have five). So Go Packers!

Hope all the other football fans have a great day! I bet there will be a lot of Yellow worn today, no matter which team you root for.

Congrats to Green Bay! Now Football depression sets in. Exactly six months and one day until the Hall of Fame game, unless Goddel and his buddies drop the ball and the shut out happens. At least I will hopefully have the draft to look forward to!

Now I am setting up plans for our Disney trip in August. I made a spreadsheet, and it is still giving me a headache. I love the dining plan (especially when it is free!) but having to plan everything 180 days out makes my brain hurt.

Yes, it is! Jon took his office manager there for a tour -- When she found out that he was offered the chance at a *free* tour (trying to sell him season tickets) she told him that he had to go and take her. lol. It was his B-day gift to her.
