Well, we just pulled the trigger!!! We're all booked at the GF for June 1-8 !! I'm so excited I think I'm going to scream!!!!! Now, if only a discount would come out, that would be amazing !!!!

Not sure about PINs, but I'll bet the GP discount will be the S/P/D promo (adults get DP at kids' prices and pay kids' tickets prices) or a room only discount; however, I have a feeling that it will be 5% less than what it is for January thru March -- I think it will be 30% off of deluxes, 25% off of mods, etc.

I woukld love a room only for the Poly. That will be the only way we can stay. However free dining for 5 isn't bad either.

Anyone else freaked that the only pins people seem to be getting don't include June? We're booked with a AAA discount, but I would love a PIN/discount to offset the RO cost (Duh! Isn't that why I'm here?!?!)

I would totally settle for 30% off RO. I have only budgeted for a 25%, so the extra would feel like something!

The AAA rate was 11% off. Not much, but better than nothing!

I did call to see if there were any pins/discounts for us. The CM was really sweet, and told me that there wasn't anything for our dates...yet. She told me to keep checking, and in fact, I could harass them daily if I wanted to!

I don't think they've sent out pins that include June dates yet, so I wouldn't get too freaked out. I think they're only going through May right now. I wouldn't worry...I would be something is coming in the next month or so....(or at least I'm HOPING!!)

The spring codes used to go to June 2nd or even 4th and now end May 22nd.

I am really hoping for something that is either fd or this new stay/play/dine.

This is the source of my fear.

I know that it is really too early to freak out, but I was really hoping that there would be something out for (at least) early June by now. I am hoping you are right sydneysmom, and that our dates will be next up!!

It says "length of stay requirements may apply" Whatever that means! And it says nothing about having to buy tickets.

This is the pin code that makes me nervous about summer 2013 discounts. The OP received a pin for Jan- Sept, 2013, but May 23-Aug 10 were blacked out.

Not to say some type of deal won't come out, but I don't think one is coming soon either. I would guess they are keeping a close eye on summer bookings and will decide later if there is enough to release a GP code, or perhaps just release an AP and/or FL resident discount in Spring 2013.

That is the thread that I was thinking about when I posted last night. They seem to be purposely skirting June and July. Was visitation up during June and July, but low in August this year?

I just hope that something materializes as winter approaches.

I think the reason there may not be summer codes is b/c they are counting on high bookings b/c of the new fantasyland. Let's hope they are wrong in expecting it. I may have to change my trip to mid August if there are no codes. I won't pay rack rates.

We are pretty much locked into June. We won't pay rack either, but the AAA discount is looking really weak when we've been used to scoring 30%. Looks like we may stay a few less days.

So, Disney, are you listening??We will stay fewer days, spend less on food, and souvies.

But, we'll still be there. And therein lies the problem!

But, we'll still be there. And therein lies the problem!

We are also locked into June for SWW, as well as DS's birthday (the reason for the trip). But if you look at my signature you will see we have gradually been scaling back as the discounts get smaller. We definitely won't be staying CL this time, or even deluxe for that matter. We may even consider a Value again if we have to pay rack rates for summer.

Yep. That's my worry. While I agree it is a bit too early to really be concerned, I am afraid that the early pins are what we can expect for the summer.

I am predicting that there will be no free dining in 2013 other than the one month period of late Aug.- late Sept.

Right now I am trying to figure out if we should go in June with a small discount or hope that Aug. has the s/p/d which I think is a pretty good deal. I'm just worried it would be even hotter in Aug.

I agree that it's too early to panic. I don't think they'd completely eliminate summer discounts, but I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't release them until around February, and it also wouldn't surprise me if they're not as big of discounts as we're seeing for the spring. Who knows, though.

I've already rented my BLT points for the second part of my stay, so it's just the first part I'm concerned about. But if all else fails, I have no qualms staying at the Swan/Dolphin. Oddly enough, though, they're rates are showing at least $30 more per night for my time period in June than they've been in prior years for the same dates.
