Hey all. I am the DH or SSRJen The upgrade fairy hasn't hit yet...we are so hoping though. We are counting down the days to our WDW and DCL trip.

Ok Had to get us off the second page. It has rained nonstop now for two days. Not just rain but like a tropical storm and looks like another few days of it. The trees are going to get soaked and with the high winds are going to start falling.

I am ready to cruise. Well I don't mean that I am ready as in laundry, packing, FE and the like. Just ready not to be here.

I'm with you about the FE. I'm "sewing impaired" but going to try to put something together.

We were switched over to main dinner seating about 2 months ago...but we're considering moving back to second seating. Final decision should be made this weekend.

We did finally decide to move back to second seating. Also requested PLAPLAP (we'll see if we get that rotation)...of course, no guarantees on that request.

The magic begins...one month from today!

I now, am starting to become overwhelmed with everything that needs to be done before this trip.

You would think I didn't know about it 18 months ago?

Good Morning Everybody. We are still drowning in Rain. A lot of the streets are closed. It just hard to get anything done.

Did we come up with a meet time and place. I think we should have one on Saturday and another on Sunday to try and catch anyone that couldn't come on Sat. What do you guys think.

We have met out by the pools. Near the goofy kind of out of the way and also in the promenade lounge. Last one was in Studio Sea and a lot of people but dark. Thoughts.

I haven't even started to think about all the packing. I will after tomorrow...last day of school for the kids. I'll have plenty of time to get things done. Plus, I can take them shopping with me for anything they may need. How many of you are going to dress for formal night or semi-formal? What's everyone wearing? I can't decide.......

Bethanie has her last day at school today, Caitlin has to go until Tuesday. I hav almost finished our pirate costums, I hope they look as good as they should. I haven't started the FEs I have to do that this next week. Haven't even thought about packing. I have so much stuff that it may end up being a problem. I am planning on sending a box down to the ship with the FE gifts. I have bought a lot of stuff (just couldn't resist ) and I made a couple of items. Bethanie is comming over to help me finish one of the gifts this afternoon. I hope everyone likes the things I made and the ones I bought.

The rain has finely let up here,but that won't last, it will be back. I don't mind the rain so much as the constant severe weather allerts that get to be a real pain. Of course I am glad we have them when we need them, I just wish we didn't need them so often during the spring.

Question How eairly should we order gifts for the cabin from The Perfect Gift and or Disney Cruise Line? I want to order a gift basket for the girls and one for Michelle (she wourld love the Chocolate tower).

We will be flying out of here on Tuesday June 16 at 7am that means that I will need to pick Caitlin up the night before so that we only need to get up at 4am and not 2am. I really hope her dad has gotten her the cloths she will need and will help her pack. Michelle has gotten Bethanie outfitted so that is not a problem. Any way we will be leaving here in 27 days, all of a sudden it is finely here. I am now counting the days (I told them at work that I would not count the days until there were less then 30).

At this point I'm going to "selfishly volunteer"...you'll likely see my point on that in a moment.

I plan to plant myself (with DS in tow, hopefully willingly) in the Promenade Lounge at 3PM on Saturday afternoon. For those who have the time and the ability to meet up and say "hi" prior to the Safety Drill, c'mon down!

As for Sunday, I'll be glad to meet whoever/whenever/wherever...however, it's Father's Day, and this is our annual Father's Day cruise. So (admittedly somewhat selfishly, referring to comment above), I'll attend whatever someone else wants to organize.

(After all, don't believe for a MOMENT that this cruise is a present for Father's Day from my 16 y.o. DS...)

Tomorrow is my last day of school with children! Hopefully, I will start getting a packing list started this weekend. I want to do formal night, but I don't have anything to wear! My husband bought a new suit, and my two boys....well, getting them dressed up will be my challenge.

Meeting at 3:00 on Saturday should work for us, and if there is a Sunday meet we will try to do that as well.

It won't be long now!

Got a pm wondering about the jury duty, so I thought I'd post in case others were curious: we're 99% sure it's been deferred.

We're trying to get to the port early that day, so barring any delays or interruptions, 3pm should be fine!

Sounds very promising...will continue to keep fingers crossed that you're gonna make it!

Hi everyone, I don't get to get on the boards a lot, but we are on the June 20sailing and we just got our cruise docs today. It makes it more real. It has been 1yr and 6months since I booked this trip. I cannot wait. Deanna
