I don't know if we could make a 2 or 3 p.m. meet. However, on the cruise, I neve know whether we can do anything planned. My mom is a stoke patient with severe disabilities. She comes before anything else. So, if we can get her to the room and getting a quick nap before the drill, I might be able to make it. If not. . . I couldn't.

I think someone should schedule one, though, on the first day. Whoever can make it, great.

Maybe we could schedule one for before the drill and one for the first sea day. Nothing formal just a time and location on that Sunday and if your not doing anything swing by. We don't have any navigators yet to look at so we can see what the day is like do we.

Happy Mother's Day to all!

It's true that (to date) there are no Navigators uploaded from the Tortola cruise; however, there is a relatively recent Eastern Navigator uploaded from the St. Croix cruise on 2/28/09. I think the overall schedule would stay relatively intact, and subject to only a few minor changes.

In looking at the schedule, there's not really a time that Disney doesn't have an activity planned; however, there seem to be plenty of spots where it would only conflict with someone's possible plans, plus appear to have the availability to meet in one of the Beat Street clubs (which are open to children during the day).

Examples:

Saturday, anywhere between 2:00 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. (as previously mentioned, although some may arrive late and miss this time).

Sunday, between 11:15 a.m. and noon (conflicts with bingo, napkin folding, and Mr. Toad's Wild Race).

Sunday, between 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. (conflicts with Stem-to-Stern wine tasting and a Single's lunch).

Sunday, between 4:45 p.m. and 5:15 p.m. (doesn't seem to conflict with much, but not a big block of time).

Those are just some thoughts, and I'm open to whatever works best for the majority.

I saw on the April Tortola discussion board where the group met at the Promenade Lounge and had a group picture. I think that would be nice. I too am open to whatever works best.

Count us in I think that a meet on Sunday would be possible and a group picture would be great. I also feel that we should close the FE group soon. I am trying to get the gifts finished and I need to confirm the number.

We are getting so close to the sail away date! I visited Disneyland yesterday and will be going back up this weekend. The Food and Wine events are great and lots of fun. Plus, I need my Disney fix while counting down for the cruise!!!

Everyone, be sure to list if you get a free upgrade. We are getting close to that 30-35 day mark where the upgrade fairy comes around. I know upgrades are few and far between, but it will be exciting if any of us get one!

I know we have teachers onboard? What other occupations? Hobbies? I mostly help at both schools, with our budget cuts I am there all the time. My husband is into flying and anything with planes.

I use to be a hairstylist, but haven't worked in 13 years. I like to scrapbook, but not as much as I would to. Hopefully once I get my craft room reorganized I will. I also like to sew. Thought about making a FE but I am so far behind on other things.

I like finding out what everyone likes to do in their spare time. I just got a new mac and would love to learn how to do digital scrapbooking.

I am up for the meet on Saturday for sure and if we can set one up for Sunday to catch the people we missed the first time we can probably make that on also.

We were on the last two Turkey Day cruises. We did a big group picture. I will have to look up when we met but I think it was after formal dinner and after late show. I don't know how to post pictures but I will try and find it.

I think that everybody who wants to join have probably already joined. If nobody has a concern, I guess we can go ahead and say the list is finalized so that we can plan appropriately?

I'm wanting to learn digital scrapbooking. I don't know anyone that does it yet that lives near me. But I do enjoy scrapbooking...my kids tease me that I scrap every moment of their childhood.

I love digital scrapbooking. I have never attempted or want to attempt regular scrapbooking. I like having the computer line things up for me. It is also great to have the option to fade, resize, edit photos into something great.
