Most of it. You need to keep all your receipts.... and then fill out forms... and they'll mail you a check for the VAT (minus their fee). If it's not a lot of money - don't worry about it - but if it's over $25 in taxes - it's worth it.

Sorry I’m not sure how to do quotes correctly now, but to answer a couple questions, my son is 15 & a half (as in just got the drivers permit – yikes), & I think he’d love to know there are others his age.

We are in central CA –- Bakersfield -- AKA baketown! And it’s already beginning to bake here. So looking forward to the cruise!!!!!!!!!!!!

There seem to be a lot of 11 and 12 yo girls on this cruise. There is even a thread for them!

I am dropping the Eurokid and my kids at Space Center Houston today, so maybe something space themed for the gift Now to get them all up by 8:30. . . . .

Eurokid only has until next Tuesday before he goes home, and we are all going through a minor depression. Thank goodness we will meet up with him and his family in Barcelona!

OK, I am having a heck of a time coming up with a gift! I had a GREAT idea, until my husband informed my that its ILLEGAL! Then I thought - well, Virginia hams are too big (plus I'm borderline vegetarian, so yuck). Thought about making some peanut brittle (Va peanuts), but the ship says you can't bring homemade food items on board. Since I can't bring drugs or a murder weapon on board (Richmond has quite the reputation), I guess I'll just have to come up with something else!!!!!!!!!!!!

WOW - It has taken me awhile to catch up with all the posts that have come in. We were in Branson, MO for a family reunion over the Memorial Day Holiday, but now back to work and reality. Can't wait for the cruise to get away from all that reality again.

Thanks to LeiLani for all of the work you have put into the schedules. It really does take quite a bit of time. After this past weekend of trying to get the entire family to agree upon an activity and actually get there, I can certainly appreciate the preplanned schedule.
We would love to join in on the gift giving, but it sounds like I'm starting out behind with so many of you overachievers that have not only thought of your gift but finished it.
Our DD(12) will love joining the thread with the rest of the princesses. She's still in Branson with Grandma and Grandpa right now, so the ultimate spoiling is going on. She'll be back this next week and I'm sure will jump right on.
For those of you that still want to try and get shirts, we will put the order info up for the shirts on the Med 2 link (listed below in the signature) tonight around 6 pm central. I know this is short notice, but not sure if there is time for shipping or not. Hope so!!

I just made a few more changes to my itin. nothing for leilani Just added and took away some spa dates and changed the aix en provance to am not pm.

The blogs for the current 11 day are really entertaining. So far, no one has had my excursions but some of them are getting rave reviews...anyone doing the train to gallura on olbia..it's gotten great marks from 3 different people!
I have enjoyed their opinions on everything so far!

I don't know if you've read back through all the pages, but we lucked out and got the Roy Suite for this cruise so we are hosting a DIS meet and greet in the Suite on the first sea day. Everyone is welcome so if you and your family would like to join us just let me know. I am keeping a list with everyone's cabin numbers because I plan to send out a reminder on the 16th.

Also, I am trying to put together a list with all the information for everyone such as when you are arriving in Barcelona and what excursions you are planning on doing. This way we can see who is going on the same excursions so we can look for each other. On page 115 there is a list of questions if you want to look at them.

we are still waiting on our passports - applied end of Feb - first of March

finally got through to passport office today - after trying for days - they should be here by Friday

Marla - here's a little PD hoping you get your passports soon. We had the same problem with DD's friend. They applied for the passport on Feb 14th and we finally received it about 3 weeks ago. The best thing I can advise is to keep calling and checking the status on the internet. On person on the May 26th cruise actually called their Senator and viola the passport arrived within 2 days. Go figure!
