Wonder, I have a 7 year old daughter and will be staying in 6048 (think thats right?). I also have a 9 year old son.

Regarding the excursion issues . . . I did have a rep tell me that they are working on fixing the system so that you can see excursions that are available even if you're booked on one at the same time.

And lastly, and oh so very important, doesn't Rockin D Bar make more sense than Rockin Bar D?????

Gotta run . . . we're leaving for Disney today . . . with eveyone else in the country who is off for Easter week. We may live to regret this!

Hope everyone is having a good weekend. Weather here is wonderful and they say much warmer than spain.

Going to see grandchildlren tomorrow and Sunday our daughter has booked us tickets for Torvill and Dean ice show at Wembley so I am really looking forward to that.

Think it is so bad that the excursions are overbooked. With the amount they had on offer I thought that would not happen. Is it mainly the Rome ones that are causing problems? Personally would think about getting the train and doing it on my own with a map if that is the case.

Sorry I missed it about the door magnets they sound very cute.Would love one for our door but can I pay when I meet you on the ship please.

Just a thought for anyone going to a show in London (expect it is the same in your country) pick up a couple of bottles of drink and take with you. When we went to the show last year they were charging something like £3.50 ($7) for a small bottle of water I was told. Pop into the nearest Tesco express store and you can pick them up so reasonable.

Have given up with the idea of losing all the weight before the 16th. You will recognise me I am the little short fat one with a British accent.

ok, my brother is helping me downsize my picture to upload to this page..so in the meantime...
I did some research on the following barcelona locations:
L'Aquarium opens at 9:30am and closes at 9:30pm. It is located on the moll d'espanya del port vell. It looks very close to where the cruise ships dock. Although it's all relative until we get there. It costs 15.50e for adults and 10.50e for kids 12 and under. They offer a "swim with the sharks" program for all you divers. You MUST bring your dive card and the price was very high...I believe around 300e. So enjoy..i'll be watching from the sidelines . You can purchase tix online and they are good for 3 months. Just google L'aquarium for their web address.

The Museu de la xocolata (the chocolate museum)is open Mon-Sat 10am-7pm it's 3.90e pp. It's on Comerc, 36 by Parc de al Ciutadella. Again, you can buy tix online just google that name and the web will come up.

There is a card called the "barcelona card" that:The card gives you unlimited travel on the Barcelona public transport system including the Metro underground system, the buses around the city centre, the tram system and the train service from the city centre to Barcelona airport. If you choose to go to the Airport via the Aerobus (The express bus service) you will receive a 20% discount of the regular ticket price.
You can buy this card based on the number of days (2-5) you will be using public transportation. You also get a discount if you buy online. Here is the website for more information.
