June 13 2010 5 Night Bahamas - Double Dip

The most recent revision to our "FE" spreadsheet has been sent to those parties who're participating (SaraDlug, a copy has been sent to DisneyJenn23 on your behalf).

As I sat at my keyboard a little while ago, I watched the Wonder sail out of PC via the webcam...thinking that, in five weeks, that'll be US!!! :cool1:

Thank you Drew! We have our list and are very excited to be participating!!

Drew, I just sent you a pm. I am so sorry I am late. I had a three day migraine that put me out of commission. Anyway my daughter and I would like to play along with the FE and understand completely that we are late and some have already finished getting their little surprises together.

I just ordered a fish extender that says Pirates In The Car. at School Year's End, since I am a teacher and the cruise is to celebrate my daughters college graduation.

Hi! PM received, list updated. Revised spreadsheet will go out Thursday or Friday to everyone...until then, I've added "princessCKL" (Cheryl and Jen) to Post #78 for everyone who's still planning. :)

ut Disney, We are from Texas too. Our cruise is to celebrate my daughter's graduation from Texas State.

:thumbsup2 That is fantastic! I am attending the University of Texas and hope to graduate May 2011.

This will make three cabins participating in FE from Texas. :cool1:

I am getting really excited about the cruise! Jenn and I will be celebrating the end of the school year (she teaches 3rd and I teach Kinder) and we will be graduating with our masters degree a week after the cruise! We can't wait until Castaway Cay!

For those of you who wake up on Thursday morning and read this with your morning coffee...

CONGRATULATIONS!!! ONE MONTH UNTIL WE SAIL!!!

Thanks Drew!

Loved reading that this morning!

Can't believe it's just 30 days out.

FE gifts, door magnets, pirate costumes...so much to get done!

How dressy is everyone going to be for dressy night? With 4 kids and 2 teens, I'm hoping church clothes will be okay. Otherwise, I need to do some major shopping and organizing. I'm the one in charge of "making it all fit." At least its GOOD stress! LOL!

Sorry, can't help you with the ladies' outfits. :rotfl2: However, we're packing slacks and a button down shirt. Will take a tie as well, but will probably decide on the boat if it gets worn or not. :lmao:

Okay, out of deference to those who're participating, I'm closing off the FE list to any additions. Hopefully no one will be upset with that decision...but (as the organizer) even I have to start shopping for &/or making the gifts. :thumbsup2

Final list will be going out to all who've signed on (and who're listed in Post #78).

Participation came on strong at the end...to the point that this is the most we've ever experienced. Thanks to everyone who is joining in the fun! (and now I know what's getting packed in my carryon, hehehe) :rotfl2:

We usually wear cocktail dresses on dressy night. Nothing too fancy like you would wear to a prom or if you were in a wedding, but semi-formal!

Ouch! I was going to wear a sundress. For me, wearing any kind of dress is formal.

I've seen sundresses on "dress-up" night. I'd say: if you feel comfortable wearing it, go for it. After all, it's not a "rule breaker", and you're on vacation!

Then again, as I mentioned before..."Sorry, can't help with the ladies' outfits"! :rotfl2:

I've seen all types of outfits on formal night. I think a sundress would be fine! I think on vacation what ever makes your comfortable!! Disney is not strict at all with dress code!

I just saw that Toy Story 3 comes out on June 18th. Do you think they may premier it on Thursday night at 12?? I would be so excited!

Just catching up on email. I graduated from here in dare I say it 1994! This is when it was called Southwest Texas!

It's a small world after all!
:goodvibes

I saw that as well. I didn't think about whether they'd "Prem-EAR" it (I love saying that) at midnight. It might be tough, given that's the day we return to PC. But if anyone can spread pixie dust, it's Disney. :wizard:
