Looking up things about cruises everyday and learn something new every time. I can hardly wait.I don't think I have ever planned and researched so much for such a short vacation in my life! But I am glad I did, now I won't waste the short amount of time we have on board trying to figure out the basics.
Question of the day: Did you do a lot of planning and researching?
Question of the day? What cabin are you in and what type?
7678, Family ocean view with large port hole.
9562 and 9564 Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom with VerandahQuestion of the day? What cabin are you in and what type?

Cabana's for us too. The grand kids are probably want to swim as soon as they can.Got to get my question of the day in early, we are heading to Disney's HS for Star Wars weekends!
Enchanted Garden or Cabana's for lunch on embankment day?
Cabana's for us. I heard it can b crazy, but I want to start my cruise with a view, not being down in the hull of the ship.

Wow, 10 more days! Not sure I can come up with 10 more questions.
Ok, for today: What is the best tip you have received for this cruise?
Since I am a first time cruiser, almost too many to list. What to pack in carry on; bringing your own alcohol; tips for porters; magnets for door, not to pack shampoo & conditioner; pack pirate gear.......and many more, thanks to my fellow cruise DISers!
I agree with you on tips but 1 tip I didn't see you post is your room key goes into a slot in room to be able to turn lights on.Wow, 10 more days! Not sure I can come up with 10 more questions.

Great idea!!I read where you can use an expired/used gift card in place of the KTTW card in the light slot, that way you don't have to keep taking your card out of your lanyard, or whatever you are using. That is what I am planning on doing.
YES! YES! YES! For us....we love the sail away parties!!!SINGLE DIGITS, 9 DAYS!!!!
Question of the day: Sail away party, yes or no?
For me, YES!!! First time cruiser, so I don't want to miss it. Will most likely enjoy from deck 12, so that I can stand at the rail and wave to all the people on shore. Corny, huh?
