Hi Kim -- that is so sweet of you! I did not hear from Dizzi so I guess we'll let it go this time. Good luck with all of your preparation and hope to meet you onboard! I have a 9 year old son and a 6 year old daughter, so looks like our kids are close in age.

My 15 yr old boy probably wouldn't be a big fan of coloring. My 9 yr old boy usually doesn't color any more, but he'll be happy to get any gift so the coloring book is just fine!

Wow -- kids are same ages and first disney cruise for both of us! Hope to meet you onboard! We just found out today that my dad has to have double bypass surgery next Wednesday so hoping all goes well and we can still leave for cruise as planned!!!

No RSVP needed for Meet and Greet. It is open to all DISers who have participated in either of our boards: Cruise and FE.

Just returned from business trips to Washington DC and Boston. Also, Scouts have consumed lot of my personal time over the past two weeks. I will do my best to post ship map of FE rooms tonight along with more detailed instructions regarding our Meet and Greet tonight (Monday, May 21).

Looks like everybody is getting excited about cruise. Only 11 more days!

I haven't got mine completely together either but mine isn't crafty so I'm not to worried. At this rate I might be doing them on the ride down. Bit of a problem since this is a surprise cruise.

I just started working on mine, and it's not working out perfectly. So I tried to make an adjustment today and it didn't help. At this point, I'm not sure what else to do, so I'm just going to forge ahead and hope that the rest of what I need to do works better than my first step. (And I'm sorry to all that you're not getting a perfect gift!!)

And here's hoping that all the rest of you that are still in the production phase of your gifts have more luck than I'm having!!

Hope this worked out for your neighborhood! Rest up most of us don't leave til the weekend at the earliest. You have done so much already! My trip is being cut by a few days as we had to cancel our Universal days. We still have seaworld and the Dream so no biggy. Gives me a few extra rest days which I need as Iv'e been doing a bit more than I should. DH still recovering and DD7 too short to ride HP (1 inch shy in her high sandles) so I think all around blessing in disguise.

Don't worry - all gifts will be greatly appreciated, done or not! I have one more thing that I am pretty sure I will end up making on the airplane! HAHA!! That and I have 3 days at the in-laws prior to cruise so I can work there as well.

My new problem after making my FE is that there is no way the kids' stuff will fit in there. I guess I will just hang from the fish and hope for the best!!

I haven't had any trouble finding time to work on my FE stuff - but it's everything ELSE that I can;t seem to motivate for!! Need to write my review sheet and final exam, since my online school isn't out until June 20 and I don't feel like working on vacation! Haven;t even started that.

Doing some major WDW planning for a friend that I have been dragging my feet on. So hard now with new stupid FP rules... I am meeting her on Thursday though to go over it, so maybe I better get on it!

Not worrying about the house being a mess since DH will be home 2 weeks before we come back! Plenty of time for him to clean!

OK enough slacking, gotta get back to work.

You have my sympathy regarding the paper. Always feels like you have something hanging over your head when you are in school. DH bp down 20-40 points since he finishedOnly thing that has changed is he is no longer prepping for next semester immediately after current semester ends. He doesn't feel much stress about exams in fall or disertation as he no longer will be driving 3hrs one way just to get to class. What's left is at his pace not a Proffs.

BTW how are those FP passes changing how you plan? We used ridemax and loved it. In the fall when DD7 is in dance magic for the christmas parade taping we plan on using the mobile magic app since most of the time it will be just the two of us.

Since the FP window didn't used to really expire, then we would just collect them all in the morning and use at night. I was very skilled (after much much research on many boards) at whipping out the perfect, no waiting in any lines, plan!

But now that you have to use in the window, grrrrr..... it's hard to estimate that closely when the return time is, and get you back to that part of the park! At least they have 2 weeks with multiple days at each park, makes it a tad easier!

FE done, individual FE gifts done, Pirate gear ready, putting final touches on family FE gifts, some door magnets to print ... then pack and board plane.

What do you mean when you say there is no way the kid's stuff will fit? I have placed our individual FE gifts in small sealed baggies and labeled them. Will this work if we put multiple baggies in one or more of your FE pockets?

The FP windows are still 1-3hrs right? We always divide the parks in half and stay in tha zone so that's a bit more flexable for FP as long as its long enough to do something else and not so long your trapped there. Think the aps will go a long way in helping modify plans on the fly. Going to drive us planners crazy

Our pockets are the right size... but I made something for the kids that is bigger than the pocket. Not hard to pack (a bag of stuff, it just got a bit big....) but don;t think they will go in the pockets.

My other gifts are fine for there! Just those kids' bags..... I'll just hang them from the hook I guess. Or something.... They might squeeze in, I haven;t checked since i already packed them!

So CHECK THIS out! I posted on facebook about the cruise and one of my former students (I used to teach HS in Orlando maaaany years ago) and her family are on our exact same cruise!!! Hahaha!!! Too funny!
