Congrats Tiggspring and to your DH. As a spouse who saw a mate through Law School I can tell you that degree is part yours!
Can't wait to meet Ya'll and say "Hey Doc, it hurts when I do this"

Since are degrees are in the same field and I worked with DH for several years I proof read all his papers whenever I had a good day. I think that should qualify me for at least the masters I started

Well I was a bit naughty trying to keep our cruise a surprise tonight. Didn't lie but downright misleading Dh and I have both slipped and either used the word boat or cruise around DD13 not so bad we couldn't cover but....she is a pretty precocious child. Tonight we had to have a famlily meeting to confirm that we would have to cut our universal days from our trip so we needed to rework Seaworld/Orlando plans. Then to throw her off course I asked what activities they wanted to do for our days on the Ocean the term I've used for dcl but they think is a beach house as we have done that before. I listed all the activities on the Dream. Mini golf, movies, bike rides and of course the beach. I think now she believes I'm planning a trip two years out as I've mentioned that when they see the Dream on the Dinsey channel. Since I planned our first wdw trip for nearly two years its not much of a stretch. Guess I just have to wait for her reaction at the port to see how succesful I've been

This is a webcam picture taken yesterday of Dream leaving Port Canaveral. This will us in 7 days at our Meet and Greet.

The Dream has consistently been in this position between 5:10 - 5:20 pm EST with few exceptions over the past few months.

This weekend I will train two people to capture the live feed from the webcam onto disk with the intention of making it available to all interested parties after the cruise. Also, you may want to notify your family and friends they can watch you leave port next Friday.

Talk about cutting it close... Just booked this morning for my first voyage on the Dream! I'm traveling with a very platonic female friend, both of us interested in meeting other singles on the ship (we're both in our mid-20s) Any suggestions? Or anyone else looking for the same?

We are ready just waiting for it to cool down to load the van. We had to pull back our Suncday arrival when I had a spider bite get seriously infected. Atibiotics and lots of benadryllare doing the trick so we have now worries about making it Hope you all have a great trip down! See you Friday

Take care of that spider bite ... we have Brown Recluses in Texas and they can be real nasty. I was going to say "don't let the bed bugs bite" but that would not be appropriate. .

Welcome emissary! No singles in this family- well except my 2 boys who I hope will make great husbands- but in about 20 years!!!

All settled in at the in laws.... Just finishing wrapping up the FE gifts.... I should have thought a little harder about making things that would fit in the pOckets!!! Ugh!

This is the first cruise for our entire family. My wife and I are travelling with our 2 boys (10 and 6) and our daughter (7). Our oldest will be celebrating his 10th birthday on board! This is really exciting!!
