The family made it home safe and sound...
all kids and luggage accounted for... I think everyone will agree that makes for a great trip right?
...just thinking about losing my luggage makes me nuts. ... I usually hold my breath until I get all my bags.
I have watched too many shows on MSNBC about luggage handlers and how they riffle thru your bags and swipe cameras, shoes, and jewelry... although WHY someone would put jewelry or a camera in a checked bag is beyond me... seems like they must want it stolen... no offense to anyone who has done this. But come on... the odds of your bags getting lost are bound to catch up with you eventually... so why chance it? I carry all my important stuff with me and ON me. If it is worth something to me, it is going WITH me.
...OK... sorry, I'm rambling... the family got home safely.

Glad you family made it home safe and sound. That makes for a prefect vacation.

I totally agree with the luggage. O’Hare lost are luggage once and it had to be delivered to are house. But that did not happen till two days later. Then in 2006 when we did the DCL 7 night Western they lost one of are suitcases. I had to fill out a report and everything. They did call me at the airport and they found it. They got it to the airport in time for it to make are plane and everything. I was happy for that.

What is everybody doing this weekend?

I plan on scrapbooking ALL weekend...

I've got SO many pictures and SO much STASH to use up...
I'm starting to find it difficult to find reasons as to WHY I need more paper and more stuff
since I have hardly used any
I tend to buy ANY-thing and EVERY-thing that is Disney related and I have almost every pack of
Disney Scrapbooking kits that are sold at the park... and I have YET to use ONE!
My DH just shakes his head and smiles at me when I start browsing the scrapbook section of the store
because he know I have an addiction and there is no help for me except to buy more stuff!

I should start a group...
DSA.... Disney Scrappers Annonomis...

or better yet...
DSPA... Disney Scrapper Proscrastinators Annonomis...

Not doing much this weekend. I am having my car detailed this weekend. I will let them make it look pretty! Tomorrow my cabinets come so Danny is going to be busy. My son went down to his apartment at school for the weekend. Milwaukee, WI has something they call summer fest. They have bands and food. He is gone for the weekend. It will be quiet around here. I am hoping that my rims for my car come in tomorrow so I could go have them put on my car. Other then that I have nothing planed.
Hope everyone has a good weekend. Just think then next Wednesday is the 4th of July. I hope time keeps flying the way it is so that the Cruise is closer and closer.

This is true. Maybe I will go to Hobby Lobby and look for Disney stuff! This sounds good. We all got a call just a little wahile ago that they will be here between 2:00 and 6:00. So that pretty much leaves you hanging for the whold day. But when all is said and done it will be worth it.

BY us Day Care is not open on Weekends and most holidays. You are on your own finding a baby sitter. When my son was little and in day care if they were not open I ended up taking the day off.

I think it is wounderful that you can do this.

No, they still have not delivered them! They should be here by 6:00. So it is going to be a long evening.

But my car looks better then when I bought it. If I only had the wheel rims. I don't get them till Monday or Tuesday.

Once I pick up DGD from Sandy's, we're going to go to the Disney store again to exchange a few items then have dinner. Tomorrow we're going to church in the morning, then over to visit my son, (my DGD's daddy), then to a belated wedding reception.....Sounds like you're a rims official nut
