Yeah, I ususally wait until the last minute as I work best under pressure, but I'm having alot of fun My Client just called and she's out of town, so I have all day to get things! I still need to figure out my formal stuff, my pirate stuff, my tropical stuff...... And I need another lanyard, I just don't like this velcro stuff on mine. Yes, definately another day at the park is a necessity

Well to all of you going June 1 on the Magic,(Which is where I should be)Have fun 1 week from tomorrow. MY DH and 2 boys were scheduled 1 year out for this cruise. Couldn't wait, and about 3 months ago we jumped ship to go on the Princess to Alaska. DS18 wanted to do Alaska and not Mexico. DS 15 only wanted Disney, well, graduation present won out.
I am so excited to be going to Alaska, and I have met wonderful people over on CC another board, but I do miss my Disney fanatics. I am the worst Disney fanatic so it killed to to cancel. But we didn't cancel we just changed the date to sometime next year in the Carribean...
So have fun sailing the Pacific down to Mexico and the exact same days, that I am sailing up to Alaska..

As this is only my 2nd cruise, BUT i am pretty sure what used to be the tropical night is now the pirate night and the tropical buffet you speak of must be the PIRATE BUFFET!!!!

I am most certian i have read this and we id not have a tropical night on the last cruise just pirate night, i also read soem people still dress tropical on pirate night............BUT if they did i sure didnt see them!!!!!!!

OKAY I AM BASICALLY DONE MY PACKING!!!!!!!!!

I only have a few things to pick up and i stillhave to find me a white pair of dress pants. As i did have a pair and i washed them and they are now PINK!

I need to get post cards which i may work on , on the plane.

And i need to get DS underwear and shoes!

and then i will be done..........OH GOSH I THINK THAT IS ALL!!!!!!!!!!!

I have fit all my stuff in too 3 large checkable suitcases which are free on my airline!!!!!!!!!!!

AND 2 small rolling carry ons and each of us have a small back pack with plane items.

I think i have done well i have cut my bags from last year in half and we are staying double the amount of time.

I just hate when i have packed and now onder did i really pack that...my list says i did!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The one rolling carry on bag is only about 1/2 full so that i can fit soem alchohol in it before we get to the ship!!!!!!!

HOPEFULLY I CAN FIND A STORE TO PURCHASE THAT!!!

Well, its getting close! What a day today has been! I think I am packed, at least clothes wise, for me and DD. We filled up about 3/4 of a suitcase with our stuff so there is room left for things, and DH is getting his own suitcase. We also have a hanging garment bag and TWO roll on coolers! One is actually my parents but since they are coming in on Sunday and won't have time for a grocery stop, we are taking it with us instead.

They got their room assignment! It worked out well gambling on that Cat12 room. They were upgraded to a Cat11 and now, they are on our floor! Yay! I also cancelled our Disney transfers and booked a private car service. That way, we can stop at the grocery store on our way to the port and pick up beer! Turns out, it was cheaper to do that anyway!

So... not much else to do except have DH pack and fill up the rest of the suitcases with SOMETHING!!! Tee hee! Maybe some box wine?

Sandy:Tropical Night: When we were on DCL in 2006 they did not have tropical night. I bough real cuts tops for DS and DH and a Dress for my self. It had mickeys on it and they did not have it. So I to am not sure if they have it any more.

Thanks Sandy I forgot like you we download are pictues every night. Better safe then sorry.

Lynn: Good job on the suitcases! Now that Graduation is over I am goind to start tomorrow. We are also going shopping either tomorrow or Monday.
