I suggested the meeting in the Quiet Cove Bar on deck 9 forward. It is an adults only section and is usually quieter. I don't think we have to stay right at the adults area. The side walkways in that area have tables and lounge chairs where we can sit as well. We can move based on how many people come and if they want to bring their kids. We should just look for people wearing the green mickey ears.

I sent an e-mail to DCL last night and have not yet received a response (1:05PM. I have also asked my travel agent to check with them. I will post on this thread if I get any answers. Part of the documents may be in the on line check in on DCL which I think is new. I have not yet looked at that area.

I called Disney on Friday to update our flight info since international airports are not on their drop-down lists. I asked about the docs and she told me that they were finished printing some and the rest should be done over the weekend. They are sending them out 3-day UPS. So we should all get ours between today and Wednesday.

We'll see.

hey just wanted to let you all know in case some one was wanting it... i am letting go of our almalfi coast, pompeii excursion as we have found a private tour to share. it's two spots, and i don't know if there was even a problem getting it to begin with but FYI

We're doing the "Florence on Your Own" tour because the trip that includes Pisa is sold out. Anyone know an easy way to get from Florence to Pisa & then back to the ship? I'm a little nervous about train/bus/cab because we're unfamiliar with the system outside of what DCL offers. I've been researching, but now am running out of time. Would appreciate any suggestions of where to look on the internet.

Also, are you still able to climb up the leaning tower? Heard it is no longer accessible.

Earlier I posted an email I received from a friend in Milan. He said we shouldn't try to do Florence and Pisa on our own by train. Pick one or the other. The time frame is too cramped and the regional trains can be unpredictable.

yep..there is someone on our thread who is very disappointed as disney did not state this in the summary information. They notified her after she booked that her little on can't go.

I'm wondering now if that is why we couldn't get VIP Pisa. Our kids were too young. I tried for that excursion at 90 days, at 1 minute after the hour and still couldn't get it. Maybe that had something to do with it? We are doing the regular Pisa tour, but I guess we will at least have pictures by the tower.
Now I won't fret so much about not being able to get the VIP tour.

Just got confirmation from the passport agency that my wife's passport is in the mail!!!

I couldn't resist and bought a tuxedo on ebay for my 2 and 4 year old...per suggestions on DISboards. Very inexpensive ($15.99 for new) and so cute. Since they're small I don't think they'll take up too much room in the suitcase. Now I just have to convince the husband to wear one Anyone else going formal for formal night?

We are going formal too..
I'm new to the board and I have a lot to do in order to keep up with the rest of everyone. (The door signs, meeting place, pins... and WHY Lime GREEN?) Anyhow, I'll try e-bay for my son's (5 yr) tux. DS reserved one from cruiselineformals.com. My DD (3 yr) is waring an adorable princess PINK gown, probably with her sparkly flip-flops and tiera.
