I lost 2.2 pounds this week too! I had lost 1.6 last week with that 3-day refresh I was doing, and I had read in some reviews that people had good results afterwards as well because it kick starts the metabolism, as well as reduce sugar cravings and so you end up making better food choices. I'm seeing the same thing. Definitely not craving sugar like I used to, but still enjoying things in moderation...I will never stop loving to eat and I won't deprive myself.
Just read on another thread that the disboards will be doing an upgrade on Sunday so I will try my hardest to get the February thread up today or tomorrow. If for some reason I don't, keep looking and keep track of your minutes because I will definitely post one as soon as the boards are up an running as usual.
15 minutes for me today ... although it was a struggle to get through that much. I think I woke up on the wrong side of the bed today, because I've been out of it all day.
45 min cross training yesterday and 30 min yoga today. I believe that brings me to 940/930! First time I've made my goal in a long time and definitely the highest goal I've met. Thanks to everyone for this thread. Without it, tonight I honestly think I might have skipped my workout. And missed my goal.
