Jumping January Exercise Challenge

30 minutes of yoga this morning. Starting to enjoy it more. I was gonna run before or after but with my cold I thought it best to rest. Hopefully I'm not losing too much running fitness. I know I'll basically have to start over building up mileage but that's ok. I have until July before wine and dine training starts so that's three months of base building..... (Can you tell I'm an over analyzer?!)

200/620. Moved up to level 2 of the work out, it's definitely harder than level 1 but not too hard. Had a rough week sleep-wise and I am happy that I managed to make through it, the work out did make me feel better.

Short walks with the dog, and a nice long run today....

Thinking of y'all running at WDW this weekend. I wanted to do the Mississippi Blues Half, but couldn't work out the logistics. Another year...
 
Adding 30 minutes of cross training to my count. Along with house cleaning but I'm not going to count that. Supposed to be freezing rain tomorrow morning so I'm sure that will screw up my workout plans again with another school delay. Ah January....

I feel you pain here in Wisconsin too, way too cold to go out, I am doing the stationary bike too. I am finally up to 120/600. I have my daughter pushing me, so it helps. Thank you all for the encouragement.

I got dressed today to go out running ... and as I was putting on my hat and gloves before going outside, I realized that it was raining. Rather than waste being all dressed up, I walked on the treadmill for 35 minutes.
I guess the running will have to wait for tomorrow...

45 minutes of shoveling snow yesterday that I'm counting since it was a much harder workout than my normal exercise. And 30 minutes on the bike today. Someday, in a few months, I'll get to go outside and exercise. There is a nice walking/jogging path along a river near me that is great to walk but not when the temperature is -10!
